Peace be upon you, O son oI the Muhammad mustaIaa

Peace be upon you, O son oI Ali Murtazaa

-'-' ~=' ' - =- = ` ~'
Peace be upon you, O son oI Fatema,

, ' =-~ = ' - =- = ` ~'
Peace be upon you, O son oI Khadijatul- kubra

~' ' - '` ' -' '` '- =- = ` ~'
Peace be upon you, O he who Iought in the way oI Allah and the son
oI one who Iought in the way oI Allah

' ' - ` -' ~ ' ~ = - ' ~ +~ '
I bear witness that verily you established the prayers And gave the
zakat (prescribed share) to the needy

- ~' = - + - - ~ ' ~ '
And commanded to do what is right and lawIul And not to do that
which is wrong and unlawIul

= ~ -' = ' -- -' =- ' _
And obeyed Allah and His Messenger until the inevitable came unto
you

= ~ = ~ ' -' = ~ ' -'
So, Allah curse those who killed you And Allah curse those who
wronged you

~ ' -' - - =~ ~ ~
And Allah curse those who heard the event and rested satisIied

-' ~ = '' '- ` ~ '-
O My Master, O Aboo 'Abdullah!

+ = ~' '=`' = ~' ~' -`-`' ' - - = - ' ~ +~ '
I bear witness that verily you were a light in the sublime loins and
puriIied wombs

'+ ~'= - ' - -'=' =~ = -
The impurities oI ignorance did not even tough you

'+ '- ` ' ~ + ~ ~ ~ =~
Nor could its soiled and dirty bearing ever smear you

-- ~ ~' ' ' - ~' -'= ~ ~ = - ~ +~ '
I bear witness that, verily, you are the mainstay oI the religion, and
the supporter oI the IaithIul ones

~+ ~' ~'+' ' - ' - ' ' '~`' = - ' ~ +~ '
I bear witness that, verily, you are a pious, God-Iearing, Iavorite,
wise And rightly guided (Imam)

,- ' ~ = ~ ~ ~- `' ' ~ +~ '
I bear witness that the Imams, in your progeny, are the words oI
piety

' ,~ +' `= ' '-- ~' .- ' _ = = =' _-` '
And the signs oI guidance And the saIe handle oI Islam, And the
decisive argument Ior the humankind.

~ -'- - ' -`~ -' ~ +~ '
I call Allah to give witness, and also His Angels And His Prophets
and His Messenger

~ = -'= --~ _ -' ~ ~ ' -' ~ ~ - '
That, verily, I believe in (all oI) you And that I am sure oI your
Return Joined to the divine laws oI my belieI and my
accomplishments

And my heart is resigned to yours And my conduct is Iollowing the
example oI yours

Blessings oI Allah be on (all oI) you and on your souls And on your
bodies

~ -'~ _ = ~'~= ' _ =
and on your Iorms and (when) you are in view

- =' _= -'= _ = -'= _ =
and (when) you are out oI sight and on your style and on your
substance.

Verily terrible was the calamity and your suIIering casts gloom upon
us

And upon all the people oI the heavens and the earth.

' =~ ~ ' -' = ' - -- - + ~=
ThereIore, curse oI Allah be on the people who saddled up and gave
rein to their horses and prepared to kill you.

O my Master, O Aba 'Abdullah!

~ ~ _ ' - ' = ~ = ~ - = ~ +
I moved towards your sacred shrine and came to visit you

- ~- = = ~' ~ ' -' . -~ '
I beseech Allah by the status that you enjoy with Him

- ~ = ~ ' . = ~'
And in the position that you enjoy with Him

' , ~ ~ = ~ . , ~ ~ = ~ _ - - -
To send blessings on Muhammad and on the children oI Muhammad

And keep me with you in this world and in the HereaIter

oI the believers).

Peace be upon you, O son oI al-Husayn the shaheed (martyr).

Peace be upon you, O shaheed.

Peace be upon you, O the oppressed one and son oI the oppressed
one.

Curse oI Allah be on those who killed you. Curse oI Allah be on
those who persecuted you.

Curse oI Allah be on those who heard this even but rested satisIied.

Peace be upon you, O the saint oI Allah and son oI the saint oI
Allah.

And your suIIering casts gloom upon us And upon all oI Muslims

So, curse oI Allah be on those who killed you And I disconnect all
links with them and turn to Allah and you.

Peace be upon all oI you, O the saints and dears oI Allah

Peace be upon all oI you, O the adorers oI Allah and the sincerely
attached to Him

Peace be upon all oI you, O the helpers oI Allah`s religion

Peace be upon all oI you, O the helpers oI the Messenger oI Allah
