Materials:
➢ Crochet hook size 3 mm
➢ Yarn: baby chenille yarn
➢ Sewing needle, scissors, fabric glue/hot glue gun
➢ Felt eyes in black and white
➢ Fiberfill for stuffing
➢ Finished product is 8 cm tall
Abbreviations:
Rnd1: round 1 inc: crochet 2 single stitches in the same stitch

St/sts: Stitch/Stitches hdc inc: crochet 2 half double crochet in the same stitch
sc: single crochet dc inc: crochet 2 double crochet in the same stitch
dc: Double crochet dec: invisible decrease by crocheting 2 sts together
slst: slip stitch through front loops on
Notes:
❖ This pattern is using US crochet terminology. Work in spiral rounds, do not slip
stitch unless stated.
❖ For the single stitches, I do yarn under to make x stitch, the stitches will be
neat and nice when stuffing.
❖ Do not stuff too tight.
You can use any type of yarn with appropriate crochet hook size to create
different sizes using this pattern.
For example:
I used 3mm hook for baby chenille yarn and 2mm hook for baby cotton yarn. Finished
product sizes are 8 cm and 6 cm respectively.

Stuff firmly, cut the yarn and leave a long tail for sewing.
EARS (Make 2)
Make 2 outer ears in blue and 2 inner ears in pink
1 Chain 5, start to crochet 10
on the 2nd chain from the

same last stitch, continue
to crochet on the other
side of the foundation

Put the inner ear on the outer ear and do 16 sc all the way around, cut the yarn and leave a long tail
for sewing. Sew 2 sts of the ears as pictures.
Assembly: Sew the ears over round 11-13 of the head
NOSE: Use darker blue color or black color

EYES:
Use the felt to cut 2 in white, 2 smaller in black and 2 small circle in white as picture.
I put the eyes template 1:1 scale on the last page. Please refer to if needed. The eyes
template is for baby chenille yarn and 3.0mm hook. If you use different yarn and hook
size, you need to cut it larger or smaller accordingly.
