WORK EXPERIENCE:

Well Head Operations, work over rig, sucker rod & tubing running in, pullout ,Down hole pump
operation, mud pump operation ,fishing ,SRP operation PCP, WELL killing ,troubleshooting ,
Boosters, DE salter Three Phase Separators High pressure Centrifugal compressors, Gas Turbine
(GEC) and also steam Turbines (SIEMENS), Closed and Open Drain Vessels. injection well, SRP
well.

Rig Work over

Well head a PCP at 4,248.05 ft. setting depth failed after 60 days due to a broken rotor. Attempts to
fish the parted rotor were unsuccessful. To avoid a work over rig and to reduce non-productive
time (NPT), a SRP system with an insert pump anchor was set over the failed PCP system at 4,028
ft. via a flush by unit. A tubing punch job from 4,085 to 4,145 ft. was done for allowing the fluid
entering the tubing and passing through the SRP system.

Running a SRP with an insert pump anchor enabled the pump to be set at any depth inside the
tubing, above the failed PCP system. Successful installation of the SRP system reduced NPT and
standby costs, and eliminated the need for a work over rig. While running the SRP system, the
production enhanced by 50% more than the PCP’s maximum recorded rate. On the other hand,
the pump can be retrieved and/or the artificial lift method can be converted later on without the
requirement of a work over rig.

Flush by unit

The compact design offers quick mobilization and increased maneuverability in tight, constricted spaces,
enabling deployment into smaller well sites than a standard work over rig can access.
High-pull capacity increases the range of well depths the unit can service.
flush by unit is a compact, continuous-rod and conventional sucker-rod service solution that merges the
features of a pressure truck and small rod rig to diagnose and troubleshoot wells. Designed for rapid
deployment and safe operation, the Flush by unit consists of a fluid tank, triplex pump, freestanding mast
assembly, and full set of tools and safety equipment. With a standard or heavy-duty injector, the unit trips
and services continuous-rod strings efficiently without the use of additional equipment. The unit can
service shallow- to high-depth oil, gas, and coaled methane (coal-seam gas) wells in vertical wellhead
configurations.
 Pulling and running rod strings
 Fishing rod strings
 Changing insert pumps (progressing cavity pumping [PCP] and reciprocating rod-lift [RRL])
 Changing plungers (RRL)
 Changing rotors (PCP)
 Killing wells–
 Flushing productions wells
 Changing wellhead valves
 Changing polished rods
 Pressure-testing wells
 Spacing and re spacing rod strings

SRP
In a sucker rod pump system, a surface pumping unit converts the rotary motion of a prime mover into
a reciprocating action. The reciprocating action is transferred to a positive displacement pump located
down-hole. Oil and gas lifting work use SRP This control by SPM Panel .

Mud pump operation

During operation, the power machine drives the main shaft and the crank that is fixed thereon by a
transmission component such as a belt, a transmission shaft, and a gear. When the crank rotates
counterclockwise from the horizontal position from left to right, the piston moves to the power end, the
pressure in the liquid cylinder gradually decreases and a vacuum is formed, and the liquid in the suction
pool is under the action of the liquid surface pressure, and the suction valve is opened to enter the liquid
cylinder. Until the piston moves to the right stop. This working process is called the suction process of the
pump.

After the crank completes the above suction process, it continues to rotate counterclockwise. At this time,
the piston starts to move toward the hydraulic end (left side in the figure), and the liquid in the cylinder is
squeezed. The pressure rises, the suction valve closes, and the discharge valve is closed. Top open, liquid
enters the discharge pipe until the piston moves to the left stop. This process is called the pump discharge
process. As the power machine continues to operate, the reciprocating pump continuously repeats the
process of inhaling and discharging, and the liquid in the suction pool is continuously sent to the bottom
of the well through the discharge pipe.

The distance the piston moves in the cylinder is called the stroke length of the piston; the number of
reciprocations of the piston per minute is called the stroke of the piston.

Well killing

A well kill is the operation of placing a column of special fluids of the required density into a well bore
in order to prevent the flow of reservoir fluids without the need for pressure control equipment at the
surface.
