COMPONENTS OF COMPUTER PART 1

I. Identify what do you know about computers. This could be knowledge

about what is there purpose, how they are made, the history, etc.

A computer is an electrical device that is capable of performing a variety of tasks such as

messaging, calculating, data storing, printing, and so much more. The first computers were
created in the 1940s. Computers are now found almost everywhere, including homes, schools,
universities, workplaces, hotels, railway stations, airports, and retail establishments. There are
many different types of computers, including pocket computers, laptops, personal computers,
and so forth. Additionally, there are different colors and sizes of computers. I, too, have a
computer at home, which is equipped with a keyboard, a mouse, a CPU (the computer's brain),
a screen or monitor, and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

Computing is accomplished through the use of a computer. It may also store and retrieve
information as well as process information. A computer is programmed with data or computer
language that instructs the computer on how to carry out its task or achieve its goal. The
computer will only do the functions for which it has been programmed. It is for this reason that
the term "computers do not make mistakes; people do" often used. In general, all computers
are comprised of a processor (CPU), memory, and input/output devices at the most basic level.
Input is received from a number of devices by each computer, which is then processed by the
central processing unit (CPU) and memory before being sent to some kind of output. An arrow

1820s by Charles Babbage, who is often regarded as the "Father of the Modern Computer." It
was a mechanical computer with the ability to do rudimentary mathematical operations. In its
original form, it was a steam-powered calculating machine used to solve tables of numbers,
such as logarithm tables.

Computers are widely used in the 21st century, especially since most people use the internet

increased in the 21st century due to technological and social improvements. People use
computers for many reasons and value their use due to the benefits they provide. Computers
have evolved over time, shrinking in size and increasing in speed and efficiency. Original
supercomputers were enormous and slow, whereas current laptops are compact and speedy.
Computers have changed, and as technology advances, more discoveries will be made.

Computers are used in practically every industry, such as education, healthcare, business,
and household. Computers are used in all fields for basic functions, and then the functions
vary per field. Computers are used to store data. Computers are also used for specific purposes
like performance monitoring and office work. Computers are also used to play games, watch
movies, and listen to music. Computers are used to access online information for learning and
communication. A computer's basic components are the chassis, monitor, keyboard, mouse,
and power cord. Each component is vital to a computer's operation. The computer case is the
metal and plastic housing that houses the motherboard, CPU, and power supply. The monitor
uses a video card inside the computer chassis to display images and content.

Most monitors contain control buttons for changing display settings, and some have built-in
speakers. One of the main ways to speak with a keyboard is through typing. There are many
different keyboards, but they all perform the same basic function. The mouse is also required
for computer communication. A pointing device allows you to point to objects on the screen,
tap on them, and move them. Computers have undoubtedly made human existence easier due
to their incredible speed, accuracy, and capacity. A computer is an adaptive machine since it
can do various tasks. One of the main benefits of a computer is the capacity to multitask or
execute multiple tasks at once. A person can do multiple jobs and solve numerical problems in
a few seconds.

Computers can do trillions of operations each second. Aside from that, a computer's
astonishing pace allows humans to do their tasks in a few moments or seconds. Depending on
the task, each activity might be completed quickly or it will take a long time to finish.
Computers' storage capacity is also one of their great abilities. A little hard drive can hold a lot
of data. Concentrated database of storing data is the ideal viewpoint that can reduce costs.
Another benefit of computers is their computation precision, which is difficult to obtain
manually. The computer's potential to assist us is vast, limited only by our imagination and
resources. Even specialists are startled by this tool's versatility. To keep our existence from
being altered by some of the technology advances we employ, we must keep both eyes alert
for indicators of potentially disastrous results.
Conclusion:

In conclusion computers are important because, In the twenty-first century, computers are an
indispensable aspect of professional contexts, and not knowing how to perform basic
troubleshooting might be a liability for job seekers. Knowledge of computer technology indicates
that you are familiar with how computer hardware and software operate and can adapt to
changes. This knowledge can help you get an advantage when dealing with new applications,
such as updated content management systems or new technological capabilities. And I think it is
very important in our future profession because in involves a lot to it.
