Limited Feature Set

Why Basic?
● Provides a limited feature set at a zero dollar cost (on account with other paid phone users)

What’s included?
● No Outbound Calling, No inbound PSTN calls via DID/DDI, no Call Queue or Auto
Receptionist (manual call transfer only), No Add-on Options, No Deskphone/IP Phone
Registration,
● Support for the following per user
○ 3 software clients (mobile, tablet, computer)

Who’s it for?
● Users that require only on-net calling with a softphone
○ staff who only call internally to other staff members, and only via Zoom Phone
softphone (no deskphone option)
● Could be part of an organization's migration strategy

Are you aware of Basic Migrated?

Important: We should not recommend Zoom Phone Basic to customers.

The best practice is to recommend Zoom Phone Pro as a baseline.
