Lead The stage before assigning lead to an agent
Prospect The stage when a lead is assigned to an agent for generate a call.
Qualified When a conversion happened with a student more than 1 min talk time and is relevant for the product. Pitched about the product
but didn’t show any interest to purchase it yet. Or wants to see demo classes first. Has to reschedule the call.
Interested When the student has finished demo classes and is interested to buy. But hasnt given a date yet for purchase..
Did not pick (DNP) Did not received the call.
Not Reachable When the phone is switched off, out of network, temporarily blocked.
Future Prospect Not eligible for the product now, but by the next years or near future the lead is going to be eligible.
Disqualified Not eligible for the product.
Not Interested When the customer does not show interest or decline course purchase.
Do Not Disturb (DND) When Customer mentions do not call anymore.
Enrolled Sales When the student has purchased
