Filipino Time Punctuality and time management are important values to uphold as they demonstrate respect, responsibility, and professionalism. being consistently late can disrupt the flow of the classroom and create a sense of disorganization. When a teacher is consistently late, it can lead to wasted instructional time, decreased focus, and a lack of productivity. 5. Pakikisama Pakikisama is generally viewed as a positive value, this can be negative when it becomes excessive or misapplied. It can lead to groupthink, favoritism, a lack of accountability, and a suppression of individuality.
