Article (1) (Working days and hours) ( ‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻷول ) أﻳﺎم وﺳﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
Whereas the First Party expressed his/her desire to contract with the Second Party to fill the vacant position ‫ ﻟﺬا ﻗﺎم ﺑﺘﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻟﺬي‬،‫ﺔ أدﻧﺎﻩ‬ ‫اﺑﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول رﻏﺒﺘﮫ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎ ﻲ ﻟ ﺸﻐﻴﻠﻴﺔ اﳌ ﻨﺔ اﳌﻮ‬

1. The Second Party shall work for the First party in the designation / profession of Civil Engineer in the UAE ‫ ﺳﺎﻋﺎت‬8 ‫ﻳﻠ م اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎ ﻲ ﺑﺄن ﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑـ ﻣ ﻨﺔ ﻣ ﻨﺪس ﻣﺪ ﻲ ﺑـ إﻣﺎرة د ﻲ وﺳﺎﻋﺎت ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﻘﺪرا ﺎ‬. 1
Dubai Ordinary working hours 8 Hours. .‫ ﻳﻮم ﻣﺪﻓﻮﻋﺔ اﻷﺟﺮ‬30 ‫ﻳﻤﻨﺢ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎ ﻲ إﺟﺎزة ﺳﻨﻮ ﺔ ﳌﺪة‬. 2
2. The First Party shall grant the Second Party a paid annual leave of 30 days . َ ‫ ﻳﻮم ﻣﺴﺘﺤﻘﺔ ﻟﻸﺟﺮوذﻟﻚ ﻋﻦ اﻻﻳﺎم اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ‬1 ‫ ﻳﻤﻨﺢ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎ ﻲ راﺣﺔ أﺳﺒﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﳌﺪة‬.3

3. The Second Party is entitled to get a weekly rest of 1 days with full payment for the following days Sunday
Article (2) (Contract Details) ( ‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺜﺎ ﻲ ) ﺗﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ‬
1.The term of this contract shall be 2 years starting from 20/04/2024 and ending on 20/04/2026 Should either ‫ و ﺣﺎل رﻏﺒﺔ أﺣﺪ اﻟﻄﺮﻓ ن ا ﺎء ﺬا‬20/04/2026 ‫ وﺗ ﺘ‬20/04/2024 ‫ ﺳﻨﻮات ﺗﺒﺪأ ﻣﻦ‬2 ‫ﺗ ﻮن ﻣﺪة ﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬.1
Party solely wish to terminate the Employment Contract during the term thereof, the terminating Party shall ‫ ﺷ ﺮﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺘﺎر ﺦ اﳌﺤﺪد‬1 ‫ ﻓﺎﻧﮫ ﻳﻠ م ﺑﺘﻘﺪﻳﻢ إﺧﻄﺎرﺑﺎﻹ ﺎء ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻻﺧﺮﻣ ﻮ ﺎ ﺑﻤ ﻠﺔ إﻧﺬارﻣﺪ ﺎ‬، ‫اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﺛﻨﺎء ﺳﺮ ﺎﻧﮫ‬
notify the other party of such desire 1 month as a prior notice before the determined date of termination. Such .‫ﻟﻺ ﺎء وﺗ ﻮن ﺬﻩ اﳌﺪة ﻣﺘﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻓ ن‬
period shall be similar for both parties. ‫ﻳﺠﻮزﺑﺈﺗﻔﺎق اﻟﻄﺮﻓ ن ﺗﻤﺪﻳﺪ أو ﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﳌﺪة اﺧﺮى ﻣﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ أو ﻣﺪة أﻗﻞ ﻣﺮﻩ وأﺣﺪة أو اﻛ و ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﻤﺪﻳﺪ ً أو‬.2
2.The Parties to the contract may renew the same once or more times for similar or shorter period/ periods. In .‫ ﻌﺘ اﳌﺪة أو اﳌﺪد ا ﺪﻳﺪة اﻣﺘﺪادا ﻟﻠﻤﺪة اﻷﺻﻠﻴﺔ وﺗﻀﺎف إﻟ ﺎ اﺣ ﺴﺎب ﻣﺪة ا ﺪﻣﺔ اﳌﺴﺘﻤﺮة ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬،‫ﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
the event of renewal of the contract the new period/ periods are deemed to be an extension of the original ‫إذا اﺳﺘﻤﺮاﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻌﺪ إﻧﻘﻀﺎء ﻣﺪﺗﮫ اﻷﺻﻠﻴﺔ أو إﻧ ﺎء اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﳌﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﻴﮫ دون إﺗﻔﺎق ﺻﺮ ﺢ اﻋﺘ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬. 3

3.If both parties continue to apply the contract after the lapse of its original term or completion of work agreed
to, without an express agreement, it should be understood that the original contract has been extended under
the same conditions except for condition regarding its duration.

Parties hereto agree that the Second Party shall work for the First Party in return for a Monthly Wage salary of ‫ در ﻢ إﻣﺎرا ﻲ‬43000 ‫ اﺟﺮﺷ ﺮي ﻣﻘﺪارﻩ‬: ‫اﺗﻔﻖ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﻋ أن ﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎ ﻲ ﻟﺪى اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ‬

Article (4) (Additional Terms) ( ‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺮا ﻊ ) اﻟﺸﺮوط اﻹﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ‬
Any condition that violates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning the regulation of labour ‫ ﺸﺄن ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﻋﻼﻗﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ واﻟﻼﺋﺤﺔ اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳﺔ‬2021 ‫ ﻟﺴﻨﮫ‬33 ‫ﻳﻘﻊ ﺑﺎﻃﻼ ﻞ ﺷﺮط ﻳﺨﺎﻟﻒ أﺣ ﺎم اﳌﺮﺳﻮم ﺑﻘﺎﻧﻮن رﻗﻢ‬
relations and the executive regulations and the relevant decisions in force in respect thereof sh all be null and ‫واﻟﻘﺮارات ذات اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ اﳌﻌﻤﻮل ﺑﮫ ﺷﺄﻧﮫ‬
void.
Article (5) ‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ ا ﺎﻣﺲ‬
The Parties are bound to abide by all the laws and regulations in the country, and to maintain public order and ‫ وﻻ‬،‫ واﻻﻟ ام ﺑﺎﳌﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋ اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﻌﺎم واﻵداب اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ‬،‫ﻳﻠ م اﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﺑﺎﻻﻣﺘﺜﺎل ﻟ ﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻨﻈﻢ واﻟﻘﻮاﻧ ن اﻟﺴﺎر ﺔ اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ‬
public decency. Imposing any of the sanctions mentioned in the Federal Decree-Law on the Regulation of ‫ﻳﺨﻞ ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ ا ﺰاءات اﻟﻮاردة ﺑﺎﳌﺮﺳﻮم ﺑﻘﺎﻧﻮن ﺸﺄن ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﻋﻼﻗﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ او ﻻﺋﺤﺘﮫ اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳﺔ او اﻟﻘﺮارات اﻟﻮزار ﺔ اﳌﻨﻈﻤﺔ‬
Labour Relations, or its Executive or Implementing Decrees, shall not hinder enforcing further sanctions .‫ﻣﻦ ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ أي ﻋﻘﻮ ﺎت واردة ﻗﻮاﻧ ن أﺧﺮى ﺳﺎر ﺔ اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ ﺣﺎل ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻔ ﺎ‬
mentioned in other laws in case of violating such laws.
Article (6) (Declarations) (‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ اﻟﺴﺎدس ) اﻹﻗﺮارات‬
1. The parties hereto acknowledged that they had thoroughly reviewed and agreed to the articles stipulated ‫ وﺣﺮر ﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻣﻦ‬، ‫أﻗﺮاﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻤﺎ اﻃﻠﻌﺎ وواﻓﻘﺎ ﻋ ﺑﻨﻮد ﻋﻘﺪ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ و ﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎرﻩ ﺟﺰء ﻻ ﻳﺘﺠﺰأ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺮض اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬.1

counterparts duly signed by both Parties. ‫ ﺸﺎن ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﻋﻼﻗﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وﻟﻼﺋﺤﺘﮫ اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳﺔ واﻟﻘﺮارات‬2021 ‫ ﻟﺴﻨﺔ‬33 ‫ﺗﻄﺒﻖ أﺣﺎﻛﻢ اﳌﺮﺳﻮم ﺑﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﺗﺤﺎدي رﻗﻢ‬.2
2. The provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 concerning the regulation of Labour Relations And Its .‫اﳌﻨﻔﺬة ﻟﮫ ﻟﻚ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺮد ﻓﻴﮫ ﻧﺺ ﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
