Narrative In pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 013, s. 2024, states the
implementation on strengthening character through the implementation of
Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (ESP),
San Jose Elementary School reiterates the importance of Values Education that
strengthen the character development among learners. It is also geared towards
the learner’s moral character and progress.

In line with this, we conducted various activities that can strengthen the
character among learners (Rosarians) through the Core Values: MakaDiyos,
MakaTao, Makakalikasan at Makabansa; We also inculcate the “Magalang
Bow” that states “Magandang Buhay, Mabuting Tao to be practiced in school
premise.

Dr. Vilma S. Cabigao, the District ESP Adviser and school principal of SJES oriented the learners
about “Project Tryve”. She also emphasized the used of “Magalang Bow” in the school premises to greet
teachers, principal and school personnel.

The San Jose Elementary School supports the “Magalang Bow” as a good practiced of greeting school
personnel and elders. It is also observed to be used inside the classroom.

Ma’am Vilma also discussed the Monthly Valtues of the Month which is “Perseverance”. She read a
quotation about it and give example so that learners can easily understand. She also reiterated the
