August *When saying dates in English, use ordinals (27th, 1st, 13rd etc)

8:15 - It’s eight fifteen/ a quarter past eight 12 a.m. - midnight


8 o’clock - It’s / at eight o’clock
9:05 - It’s nine five/ nine o five/ five past nine 12 p.m. - noon
10 o’clock - It’s / at ten o’clock
6:45 - It’s six forty-five/ a quarter to six From 9a.m to 5p.m.
8:30 - It’s / at 8:30
10:50 - It’s ten fifty/ ten to eleven
10:15 - It’s / at 10:15
7:30 - It’s ten thirty/ half past seven. *12 noon, 8:30 o’clock, 17 o’clock
Match the activities to the date and/or time:
Ex: I have a meeting every Monday at 3:30.
My son goes to swimming class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at a quarter to five.
