6) PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 60% by direct bank-to-bank telegraphic transfer
6.2 40% when materials are ready for collection

All other general terms as an annexure to our quotes

In view of current steel price volatility this quote is valid for 7 days only.
Kindly note that we have tried our utmost to ensure that this proposal meets all your project requirements.
However, please help us by reading this proposal thoroughly and giving us your feedback to ensure that we have not overlooked anything.
Our quotation is based on assumption that shop welded joints where applicable will be acceptable by you.
We may use castellated rafters
We have not allowed for any ceiling load in our quote.
