The last years in Peru have been good for the fishing of Bonito (“Sarda Chiliensis”, also known as
“Sarda Sarda”), reaching fishing volumes that haven’t been shown in the last decades. 2024 may
be one of the best years in Peru’s history for the fishing of Bonito and it has characterized so
far by a good quality and a big size of the fish. In our industrial freezing plant, we have been
processing Bonito and we have seen that its weight is mainly oscillating between the range of
2.5 kg to 3.5 kg.

OUR EQUIPMENT
Freezing Line Equipment:
o Capacity to freeze up to 80 MT daily.

o 08 horizontal freezing plates.

o 03 cold tunnels.

o Our cold warehouse can store up to 2,500 MT of frozen product at the same time.

Pre-cooked Line Equipment:


o 03 indirect steam cookers with a 4 cubic meters capacity.

o We can produce any type of precooked product, according to our client’s needs.

PRIVATE FISHING DOCK
Our own private fishing dock allow us to receive the fishing vessels and unload the product directly
to our facilities. Maintaining the freshness and good quality in our productions by reducing the time
before freezing.
