Introduction
This is a Simple PHP Project entitled Hospital's Patient Records Management System. It is a web-based
application that provides an automated platform for a hospital to store and manage its patient records.
Here, the management can record the patient's diagnostic/treatment and admission records. The data are
stored using MySQL Database. It has a simple and pleasant user interface using Bootstrap Framework
and AdminLTE Template. The application has user-friendly functionalities.

The Simple Hospital's Patient Records Management System has 2 types of user roles which are the Data Structures in C++
Administrator and the Staff. The Admin users are in charge of managing the important list in the system
such as the list of rooms. They have access to all features and functionalities that the system has. The Fundamentals of C Language
Staff users have only limited access where they can only manage the list of doctors and patient records.

How to Run ??
Requirements
Installation/Setup
1. Open your XAMPP/WAMP's Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL.
2. Extract the downloaded source code zip file.
3. If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's
"htdocs" directory. And If you are using WAMP, paste it into the "www" directory.
4. Browse the PHPMyAdmin in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/phpmyadmin
5. Create a new database naming hprms_db.
6. Import the provided SQL file. The file is known as hprms_db.sql located inside the database folder.
7. Browse the Hospital's Patient Records Management System in a browser. i.e.
http://localhost/hprms/
