Telephone Mobilink also contact their customer through phone call to check their service and get require feedback about their services. Others things we used to solve problems are Surveys and Pre-Tested researches of the same organization and we will focus the franchises, call centres and customers to collect data and perform sampling.
DATA COLLECTED: To collect data, we will use primary sources such as telephone and internet as well as secondary sources such as In-Person Surveys and Interviews. SWOT ANALYSIS STRENGTHS The Company excels in marketing, sales and customer services. It has the advantage of having a huge and loyal customer base. WEAKNESSES Network problem is the biggest weakness for Mobilink for which it faces major criticism or complaints. The Company is also vulnerable with post paid debts. OPPORTUNITIES The Company has opportunities in the field of wireless and 3G technology. It can also further capitalize on the emerging trend of value added services. THREATS with lots of competition coming into the telecommunication industry of Pakistan, buyers growing bargaining power is the strongest threat to the company.

The largest problem occurred with almost all the organizations is to satisfy customers. As marketing is the name of 'Satisfying Customers Needs Profitably'. So, if the customers are not satisfied, then there is no chance to make a product profitably. According to new marketing strategies, customers are the most valuable personalities for every successful organization as well as Mobilink GSM. Customers are the real decision makers now days for Mobilink GSM because it is must to satisfy a customer.

Culture mostly affects the population of every region as well as every business. Tradition is the identity of the people of every sphere of the world so every great organization or industry must have to focus on the traditions of Pakistan. Religion also effects on commercials as majority of Pakistan consists of Muslims and Muslims follow somehow strictly on their Islamic traditions which does not allow people to use their money in wrong ways. So, Mobilink GSM's pro0blem is to attract and insist these people against their own benefits.
Weather Condition
Pakistan is unique by nature because it consists of flat grounds, forests as well as mountains. Due to that geography, Pakistan arrives from four different seasons i.e. summer, winter, autumn and spring in the period of one year, which is a great problem against a telecommunication network which is defined in next problem.
Network Problems
World is a global village that it is possible only due to TeleCommunication networks created by different networking devices. So, Mobilink GSM is a network provider. But for providing network, Pakistan's weather conditions require heavy and expensive equipment to build a strong network because Mobilink GSM has to face four different seasons once an year.
Fewer Advertisements
As Pakistan is a religious state, so, the advertisements must be according to the religion otherwise it violates people to stand against an organization. The same problems are faced by Mobilink GSM.
AnalySIS:
In this process we have analyzed the extracted findings about Mobilink GSM during our research. Now we have reached in the conclusion that what are the strengths and what are the weaknesses in which Mobilink will have to work. We have analyzed the information by different hypothesis and different parameters which mentioned below: Strengths of Mobilink GSM is customer services and high market share for example (Jazz one) and Mobilink earning also in (Jazz Ladies First, Jazz Budget, and Mobilink Indigo) Question Mark of Mobilink GSM in (Jazz easy) and very bad package is in terms of market share (Jazz Octane) low growth rate and low market share. Now days Mobilink facing in problems in marketing which are very dangerous for Mobilink. Separate Marketing department is working in Mobilink who is responsible to research, advertisement of products and market research as well. Marketing plays a very vital role for earning profit for any company. There is a graph of advertisement of all cellular companies in Pakistan.
Weaknesses of Mobilink Marketing department are less advertisement you can see above in 2009-2010 and traditional and religious standards of
Pakistan and Mobilink losing marketing value due to strong packages offered by the competitors are the major barriers in marketing. No doubt Mobilink is facing to many problems but conclusion is Mobilink is still leading cellular company in Pakistan.
