2.3 Output Terminals for AC2 speed and VVVF




¾ (-) 22 V: Biasing voltage from periphery supply –negative side
¾ (+) 22V: Biasing voltage from periphery supply – positive side
¾ CLSE CAM: Cam contactor / Close relay or contactor
¾ OPEN: Open door relay or contactor
¾ COM2: Common 2 for CLSE CAM and OPN
¾ HIGH: High speed contactor
¾ DOWN: Down direction contactor
¾ SLOW: Low speed contactor
¾ COM1: Common 1 for HI, LOW,UP, DOWN, and SPARE

3. How to enter the PARAMETER Screen



When the MTC board is powered up with 17 VAC, the main screen appears in this form

Main Screen:

To go to the parameter screen, you must enter the password, so press on PRM button.
This will appear on the screen:

Password= 00000000

OK NEXT DEC INC

¾ To decrease each digit, press on DEC button.


¾ To increase each digit, press on INC button.
¾ To move from one digit to another, press on NEXT button.
¾ To save the password, press on OK button.
The password is 00000000

When you enter the password, this will appear on the screen:

SELECT EXIT PREV NEXT

NEXT: It is used to scroll between parameters in increasing order.


PREV: It is used to scroll between parameters in decreasing order.
EXIT : It is used to exit the parameter page.
SELECT: It is used to change the parameter value.

3.1 How to change the value of a parameter

When you are in the parameter screen, press on SELECT button until the value blinks
to change the parameter value. This will appear on the screen:

¾ To increase the value of the parameter, press on INC button


¾ To decrease the value of the parameter, press on DEC button
¾ To save the value of the parameter, press on OK button.

3.2 How to enter the Error screen


When you are in the main screen, press on ERR button to enter the Error screen.
This will appear on the screen:

¾ To increase the fault, press on INC button


¾ To decrease the fault, press on DEC button

3.3 How to enter the Function screen


When you are in the main screen, press on FN button to enter the Function screen.
This will appear on the screen:

¾ Press on INC button to increase the Call.


¾ Press ob DEC button to decrease the Call.

Press on SDN or SUP to enter the Inspection page. This will appear on the screen.
