    REFLECTION PAPER

    During the Intramurals held on the past weeks, I’ve really enjoyed every
    activities from the day it started until the final battle. Having such activities create
    opportunities for us students to socialize, build relationships, and form bonds with
    other students even from other departments. It help us build a sense of community
    within our school and organizations. Through teamwork and collaboration, we are
    able to develop our skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.

    My favorite part in the Intramurals was not even the time it started but it is
    before the event happened. I was in the bench yell team and for the whole week we
    dedicated our time, energy, and effort to practice as much as we can to make the SBA
    department proud, we want us to be remembered that day and make a history in UDD
    Intramurals 2024. During those one week, it was the most draining week yet still the
    happiest. I can see the dedication of all the leaders we have in our team. There may be
    times of arguments, scolding, body pain, and many more circumstances but it still
    can’t compare to the genuine laughter we had that time and the bond we created that
    we will always treasure in our college journey. All of us fought really hard and gave
    our best until the day of the competition, though we aren’t able to bag the
    championship, it is enough that many people believed in us and were impressed by
    our performance. We don't need any title to prove anything because at the end of the
    day we know we did everything and we made many people proud of us.

    I believe that intramurals is not only an activity to compete physically and


    mentally. It is also an activity where we, students, take a break from academic
    pressures, to unwind and have fun. Overall, I had so much fun. I met a lot of people
    and made new friends. For me, even we are meant to compete in an intramural, this
    should be a way to become one with other department. We are not really meant to
    compete but to interact with one another from different departments because at the
    end of the day we are all a student in the same school, we should aim to create a
    friendly environment where everyone is included and no one should be left out.
