Urbantract India private limited is a Private Limited Company, incorporated


under the Companies Act as a Company limited by Shares. It is classified as
Non-govt company and is registered at roc-Kanpur. There are 3 promoter(s) of
the company viz. Navneet Bansal, Devansh S Bhatt and Devasheesh Sharma.It
was started as Urbantract India ( a partnership firm ) in the year 2018 and was
converted into a private limited company in the year 2020.

Founded in 2018 , the company serves into Digital Marketing sector , education
sector ( by its brand name Poornatah) and media sector. UIPL is a company that
deals exclusively in marketing to consumers or businesses through digital
channels. This includes creating and launching campaigns for clients through
social media, pay-per-click advertising, videos, and custom websites, among
other means. Urbantract India Private Limited is one of those organisations that
use a range of digital-focused marketing tactics to increase clients' digital
engagement and discoverability on the internet—ultimately helping them make
more sales. Urbantract India Private Limited manages social media accounts,
optimize website pages, create and publish content for blogs or other
publications, or implement SEO strategy to ensure a brand appears highly on
search engine results pages for relevant search terms. It encompasses all the
activities that companies undertake to promote, sell, and distribute that product
or service. The goal is to generate sales and build a loyal customer base by
informing prospective and existing buyers about the offering.

Urbantract India Private Limited is a team of young individuals who are experts
in various domains of Digital Marketing. They have experts in Search Engine
optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social media optimisation, Social
media marketing, Content Writing, Graphic designing and video editing. They
also have a team of website developers and app developers. They have a team of
operations which comprises of employees into HR, sales and operations.

Urbantract India Private Limited has served 100+ corporate clients and 200+
local businesses into the field of digital marketing. They also have a venture
into education which is operated under brand name of Poornatah that is working
into providing vocational education services and skill based courses. They also
have a venture into media which works as a monthly magazine, news agency
and research agency.

Urbantract India Private Limited has received many awards and achievements
which has given them many accolades. Urbantract India Private Limited is
recognised by MSME India, Startup India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs,
Registrar of Newspapers of India and Digital India. Urbantract India Private
Limited also has a sister NGO by name of Shining Youth Foundation which
serves into field of youth empowerment and youth development through brainy
activities. The company has its offices in Agra and Aligarh.

India Private Limited. He is Btech, LLB and MBA by education and also holds

What I did in my internship?

My internship journey started with a tenure allotment of 30 days in which I was


entitled into “sales and advertising” department of digital marketing venture of
Urbantract India Private Limited. I was deployed under guidance of Deepanjali
Ma’am and under the mentorship of Devansh S Bhatt sir.

My internship journey at Urbantract India Private Limited started with sessions


of training on working of the company, types of digital marketing, abbreviations
& acronyms of digital marketing industry and services provided by the
company.

My internship journey then moved towards conducting surveys on digital


marketing services. Here I was allotted with a sample size of 30 people to be
opted randomly and get them filled a Google survey form which had questions
related to digital marketing. The questions and report of survey is further
mentioned into my project report. During the survey task I learned the value of
networking with new people and convincing them to fill a form with ensuring
them that there data being filled is secured.

The conclusion step in my internship journey was pitching digital marketing


services of Urbantract India Private Limited to randomly collected data from
survey task through emails and messages and then convincing them to opt for
any digital marketing service if any. In this journey of internship with
Urbantract India Private Limited, I dive into transformative learning amid my
internship. All through this immersive journey, I explored many new
information and opportunities of diving into the world of digital marketing
industry.

 Objective:
To analyse the characteristics of a dataset of 1365 entries from a survey of digital
marketing, through a representative sample of 30 companies, employing graphical
methods for interpretation.

 Methodology:
30 companies by each member were randomly selected from the dataset of 1365
entries, and various graphical techniques such as histograms, Bar and pie charts were
utilized to visually represent and interpret the key attributes and trends of these sampled
companies in the realm of digital marketing.

 Findings :

A.) In the financial region of AGRA, candidates with the campaigning


investment budget of -
 10-15000 INR are 40.00%,
 15-30000 INR are 13.33%,
 30-50000 INR are 06.66%,
 Above 50000 INR are 03.00%.
B.)In the financial region of ALWAR, the candidates with the campaigning
investment budget of 10-15000 INR are 03.00%.
C.)In the financial region of CHANDIGARH, VIDISHA, the candidates
with the campaigning investment budget of 30-50000 INR are 03.00%
each.
D.) In the financial region of KANPUR, LUCKNOW, FATEHABAD
and GWALIOR, the candidates with the campaigning investment budget

Here, from the figure above we conclude that:

building.

From the above graph, we can conclude that:

 The Candidates with the campaign investment budget of 10-15000 INR,


46.67% of them are preferring all the digital platforms to be published
more as a business.
 This shows that most of the respondents have a budget in the range of 10-
15000 INR.
 Instagram and Google are being preferred more equally likely by
respondents having a wide range of budgets. As people with the budget
over 50000 INR are sliding towards Instagram as a platform to be
published on ,more as a business.

1. 13.33% Respondents having business for less than a year -
 Half have tried digital marketing services like SEO, SMO, SEM,
SMM, etc. and same for who have not tried.
2. 60% Respondents having business for more than 7 years –
 Out of them ,61.1% have tried digital marketing services and rest
have not.
3. 23.33% Respondents having business for 4-6 years-
 Out of them ,57.1% have tried digital marketing and rest have not.
4. Younger businesses have shown less faith and interest in trying digital
marketing services while older businesses seem more interested.

Conclusion

Digital marketing should be examined more openly than Internet marketing.


Digital marketing is also located in electronics, software not only on the
Internet, which the device user uses to exchange data. Therefore, digital
marketing unites digital and network technologies, thanks to what a man can
communicate not only through a mobile network but also TV. Broad reach
enables the concern to function on many electronic platforms.

Digital marketing allows businesses to create brand awareness and convert leads
into actual buyers. Additionally, it enables companies to gather data about their
audience's interests and behaviors, making it ideal for lead generation.

By effectively analyzing data collected from various digital channels,


businesses gain valuable insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and
market trends. This allows them to make informed decisions and tailor their
marketing strategies to aim at your target the right audience.

Digital marketing, also called online marketing, is the promotion of brands to


connect with potential customers using the internet and other forms of digital
communication. The impact of the Digital India Act,2023 will depend on how
well it will be put into practice, making sure it is not too hard to follow,
respecting privacy of the citizens , and encouraging new ideas and businesses.

Digital marketing goals often focus on new customer acquisition, better leads,
and brand awareness. Defining goals depends on your company's objectives.
For goals to be achievable, they should be specific and measurable.
