WF B DUST ABSORPTION

PULVERIZER

USER MANUAL
I.General Introduction

WF-Model pulverizer is mainly applicable for pharmacy, chemical

industry, foodstuff industry, dyestuff industry, etc, which is based on GF-X

widely pulverizer. It can crush fibrous material and granule material. The

machine is made of stainless steel according with GMP standard. It is

convenient to install and discharge, easy to clean, flexible to move, beautiful

shape, low energy consumption, high products, a little noise, easy

management. The machine has wind-absorbing set and makes the products

continuously, which enhances the sanitary condition greatly.

II.Structure & Work Principle

1. WF-Model pulverizer adopts a horizontal shaft. It consists of feed

hopper, crushing room, descending cloak, machine seats. Crushing room

consists of the cover, the axletree seats, fixed cutter, moveable cutter, the main

shaft, the axletree, the screeners, etc.

2. Work principle: This can achieve the crushing effect because the high-

speed revolving cutters make the materials cut and crushed. Meanwhile the

wind-leaf of the moveable cutters make the airflow beat circularly and more
strongly, which enhances the efficient greatly and brings the temperature

down.

3. The structure of the main machine group: the main machine, the

whirlwind separator (the storer with the dust catcher), pocket filter and pulling-

wind machine. The work principle of the main machine is complete by the

crushing machine. After crushed, the materials are transported out of the

crushing room. Then the materials are pushed into the whirlwind separator by

the wind machine. Then the materials are discharged from the separator and

the mini-powder is collect with the filter pocket. The clear airflow is

discharged into the air. (There should be the collecting canister in the storer

with the dust catcher. After the canister is full, it should be taken out. )

IV.Instruction

1. start up the wind machine first, then the main motor

2. put the storer under the separator, then start up the discharge machine

3. load the raw material from the funnel; unfold the adjustive board of the

discharge jaws; in terms of the materials’ fineness, fix the adjustive board up

on a certain place

4. when stop the machine, stop the main motor after stopping loading one

minutes, then stop the wind machine.

5. the pocket should be clean termly

6. add oil on the axletree termly

7. it must be adjusted the stability of the four feet after moved

V.Installation & Servicing


1. discharging the main machine: open the cover; take out the screener

frame; remove the moveable cutter, the maze, the axletree cover, the strap tray;

knock out the axletree from one side to another

2. discharging the whole machine: discharging all the parts if only

discharging all the bolt

3. installing the screener and the frame: the screener frame consists of the

up ring and down ring, the screener and the screw. First discharge the bolt of

one side; take off the up ring; put the screener into the trough and then fix it

with the bolts; fold the up ring at last.
