The idea behind LuxeBouquet is to disrupt the fragrance industry by offering a line of premium, cruelty-
free, and environmentally conscious vegan perfumes. It looks for blending two different worlds: The
world of luxury, and the world of sustainability. LuxeBouquet focuses on ethically sourced ingredients and
eco-friendly packaging, when keeping a unique fragrance profile that appeals to a socially conscious
audience.

2. WHERE’S THE MONEY: BUSINESS AND REVENUE MODEL


LuxeBouquet's revenue model will primarily revolve around, the product sales (direct-to-customer sales
through the website and stores), subscription service (offering monthly or quarterly perfume
subscription boxes), licensing and partnerships (collaborations with other sustainable and cruelty-free
brands) and wholesale and retail (selling to select high-end retailers and department stores).

3. WHO AND WHERE IS THE TARGET AUDIENCE?


LuxeBouquet's target audience consists of people who appreciate luxury, sustainability, and cruelty-free
products, including both men and women from the age of 25-55 and with above-average disposable
income.

4. WHERE’S THE CONTENT COMING FROM?


LuxeBouquet's content will come from a combination of in-house creative teams and user-generated
content. From professional photoshoots, to social media engagement, and influencer collaborations,
focusing on the brand's commitment to ethical practices and the vegan ingredients.

5. WHAT IS THE BALLPARK? CHARACTERIZE THE MARKETPLACE (Competitors Analysis)


The market is vast and full of competitors, but LuxeBouquet aims to stand out by targeting the growing
niche of environmentally conscious consumers. We include established brands like Jo Malone, Le Labo,
and Byredo as competitors, and we want to differentiate our product through its vegan focus,
sustainability initiatives, and unique scent profiles.
