    of a Foreign Driver License

    Massachusetts General Law (Chapter 90, Section 10) was changed July 2018. Everyone
    operating a motor vehicle in Massachusetts with a foreign driver’s license that is not written in
    English must carry either this completed translation, an International Driving Permit (IDP)
    issued from the country that issued the license, or an alternative translation document that
    contains a photo and English translation that closely matches the information from an IDP.
    This form must be completed for an applicant who does not have an IDP or alternative
    translation document and whose license is not written in English.

    All information below must be completed by a qualified translator.
