Benefits of Conference Collaboration for Journal Publication:


1. Role of Knowledge Partner.
2. Publication of the articles in ICTACT Journals (print & online) from the best selected articles recommended from the
Conference based on our peer review process.
3. The author(s) of the published articles in ICTACT Journals will receive a Soft Copy at free of cost.
4. Promotion of the Conference through Weblink, Facebook portal for better reachability to academicians, scholars,
researchers, etc.
5. Value addition and recognition – ICTACT Journals are Listed in UGC-CARE List (Group I) and indexed by internationally
recognized databases* - DOAJ, EBSCOHost, CrossRef, Index CopernicusTM with ICV (impact factor as per Index Copernicus),
Inspec (IET), CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure), WorldCat, Microsoft Academic, MIAR, Cosmos, Scilit, CiteFactor,
J-Gate, etc. Also ICTACT Journals are available in top reputed university libraries across the globe. For details visit

8. The shared Best Selected articles of the conference with us, will undergo peer review process and a detailed summary
report along with the review feedback will be sent for each shared article which will benefit the author(s).

Terms & Conditions:
1. The collaboration is only for National/International level Conferences.
2. ICT Academy logo should be prominently placed in all Conference promotional activities (Call for paper, Brochure, Website,
Mailer, Proceedings, etc) as a “Knowledge Partner”.
3. The below mentioned headline and its contents must be included in all Conference promotional activities.
Publication in ICTACT Journals – International Publications of ICT Academy:
The best papers selected in the Conference by the Conference Judges/Reviewers will be recommended for possible
publication in the respective scopes of ICTACT Journals. These papers would be selected for publication after the peer
review process by ICT Academy. ICT Academy currently publishes five International Journals – ICTACT Journal on
Communication Technology, ICTACT Journal on Soft Computing, ICTACT Journal on Image & Video Processing, ICTACT
Journal on Microelectronics and ICTACT Journal on Management Studies. For more details visit www.ictactjournals.in

4. The articles only relevant to the scopes of ICTACT Journals are eligible.
5. The organizers need to share the participant's details and Review/Evaluation process followed during the Conference.
6. The organizers shall recommend only the best selected articles among many received.
7. The recommended articles must not be published or under review process by any other Conference/Journal during the
process.
8. ICT Academy will carry out peer review process accordingly based on the review process followed by the Review Committee
of the Conference.
9. Copyright of the short listed articles for publication in ICTACT Journals has to be transferred to ICT Academy by the
respective author(s).
10. The acceptance or rejection of the recommended articles is at sole discretion of ICT Academy.
11. The acceptance of the conference collaboration does not guarantee the publication of all the recommended articles from
the conference. ONLY the accepted articles, based on the peer review process by ICT Academy will be published as part of
regular issue.
12. If the organizer does not share the Best Selected articles from the collaborated conference within 20 days from the
successful completion of the collaborated conference, ICT Academy will not collaborate with the organizer in future
conferences.

hereby solemnly accept and agree to abide by the terms & conditions as stipulated, which may be modified or amended by ICT
Academy.
