1. Catering Service is not available and catering charges not included in the fare.

Cancellations:
a. To cancel the ticket, open Confirmtkt app or website, go to Profile -> Your Orders, locate the booking, choose the
traveller and click on Cancel button.
b. Partial cancellations are allowed and are subject to IRCTC rules and regulations.
c. e-Tickets can be cancelled on Confirmtkt till chart preparation of the train. For trains starting upto 12 noon, the
chart is usually prepared on the previous night. (Note: the chart preparation time is the time of the reservation chart
preparation from the train's originating station or from the previous chart preparation station)
d. e-Ticket cancellation after charting is not allowed. In such cases, you are advised to file TDR by contacting
Confirmtkt customer care with order/PNR/IRCTC transactions details or send an email directly to [email protected]
with the following details:

Reasons for Filing TDR:
e. IRCTC service charges, Confirmtkt service charges and Payment Gateway fees levied during booking are non-
refundable.
f. Confirmtkt or IRCTC does not levy any additional service charge to process cancellation requests.
a. The cancellation and TDR policy is governed by Railway Rules and IRCTC rules and regulations. To view the

b. If a confirmed ticket is cancelled more than 48 hrs before the scheduled departure of the train, flat cancellation
charges as mentioned below shall be deducted:
Second Class ₹ 60
c. Cancellation charges shall be 25% of the fare subject to the minimum flat rate mentioned in the above clause if a
confirmed ticket is cancelled within 48 hrs and upto 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train.
d. Cancellation charges shall be 50% of the fare subject to the minimum cancellation charges if a confirmed ticket is
cancelled less than 12 hours and upto 4 hours before the scheduled departure of the train up to chart preparation
(which is earlier).
No refund will be granted on cancellation of confirmed Tatkal tickets. For contingent cancellation and waitlisted Tatkal
ticket cancellations, charges will be deducted as per existing Railway rules. Partial cancellation of Tatkal e-tickets is
allowed.
If the train is marked as "CANCELLED" in PRS due to breaches, floods, accidents etc. full refund is permissible in
case the ticket is cancelled within three days of the scheduled departure of the train. In case of e-tickets, such
cancellations can be done by the customer on Confirmtkt.
