Data Center Switch Over Testing Quick Reference


The following terms identify the two data centers:
 DC1 - The active data center from which you want to switch operations. 8. Stop and disable the WFO service on all application

Perform testing in DC 2 to ensure the data center functions


properly as the active data center. (Verint recommends that
you do not make configuration changes during this testing.)
For example, check the legacy and new interactions playback
from DC 2. 4. Use Windows Explorer to copy the %IMPACT360DATADIR%ADAM
directory from VHD over that same directory on the server that hosts
the QM Database server role.

19. Start the Directory service in DC 2


1. On the DC 2 server that hosts the QM Database server role, start the
Directory Windows service.
2. Set the Startup type of the Directory service to Automatic.

20. Uninstall AD LDS instances from DC 2


1. From the DC 2 server that hosts the QM Database server role, open the
ADSI Edit tool.
2. Select Action > Connect to...
