I have served at Pak aim(The Institute of management and sciences)to date, AND ,Eastern college of
Management sciences as Physics lecturer for Degree Classes, Usman block Garden town Lahore since 1995 to
1999. In same time period I had been visiting faculty of Global College of Computer Sciences, New Port University
Gulberg Lahore and Computer center of Excellence.
The classroom that I work in is an integrated classroom, with one third of the students receiving special educational
services because of physical & Psychological impairments. My aim is that each student in the class should be given
the opportunity to reach his or her fullest potential with as much time spent in the general education setting as
possible. Through my experience in this classroom, I have gained the ability to modify my lessons and provide
accommodations for all of my students, including those not receiving special education services, to further enhance
their educational experience. The inter & Intra personal development of the students is my top priority.

I believe that education is the key to success for students. As a teacher, I hope to motivate students in ascertaining
their inner strengths and abilities and discovering what truly inspires them. I aim to provide a stimulating learning
environment that encourages students construct their own learning experiences they will only retain information
longer, but they will also become more confident in their abilities. Being devoted to this assertion confirms that I
have made the right career choice for myself. I love working with pupils and will continue to strive to be a positives
