Auction Sales

21.5% Commercial (Inc VAT).

within 30 days on Residential and 45 days
for Commercial.
Seller is in control of the sale – interested
buyers have fear of loss.
No suspensive conditions to hold up the
sale e.g. subject to clauses. Subject to

has to agree or there is no deal.
