Introduction

MC 1 & MC 2: Ladies and Gentlemen Good Afternoon, this significant event signifies the
celebration of awards and Merits for our deserving pupils who have past the obstacle of
struggles and hardships. This year’s endeavor may end, but it does not set aside the quill and
ink of the next chapter of learning.
MC 1: Abigail Adams once emphasized “learning is not attained by chance; it must be sought
for with ardor and diligence.” Wherein it is a time to reap and glean all the hard works within
the four corners of our institution.
MC: 2 This special event marks the culminating day of hard work in relentless pursuit of
knowledge to obtain quality education. That enables our students to face challenges and
opportunities in life. But it cannot be obtained without the guidance and support from our
parents and infinite patience of our teachers, and ever burning passion and determination that
lies in our students’ hearts.
MC 1 & MC 2: Welcome to the Recognition Day Ceremony of Compostela Christian School
Elementary Department with the theme: Kabataang Pilipino Para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan
ng Bagong Pilipinas. I’m your host MC 1 and MC 2. We are honored to be your hosts for
today’s program.
MC 2: ladies and gentlemen, the processional march– of our Elementary Honor Students with
their parents.
MC 1: let’s start with the Grade 1 Joash, Grade 2 Ezekiel, Grade 3 John, Grade 4 Joseph, Grade
5 Elijah.
MC 2: Help us welcome the entrance and processional march of our Compostela Christian
School Board of Trustees headed By Rev. Jovencio Siano, our Guest Speaker Ms. Bea Therese
Lendio, our PTA President and Faculty and Staff headed by Our Elementary school principal Sir.
Jesus A. Comaling and Sir Edsel H. Gayares our School administrator.
MC 2: To formally start our program, let us all remain standing for our opening prayer to be
led by Ptr. Jimmy Z. Presaldo Compostela Christian School Liaison Officer and please remain
standing for the singing of Philippine National Anthem, followed by Davao de Oro Hymn,
Schools Division of Davao De Oro Hymn and Compostela Hymn.
MC 1: Please be seated. We do believe that the success in students’ education lies on the
unwavering support of their parents, Stakeholders, Staff and noble service rendered by our
teachers spearheaded by our Elementary School Principal Sir. Jesus A. Comaling and our
School Administrator Sir Edsel H. Gayares.
MC 2: To formally Welcome us, let us call on the intelligent and diligent Elementary School
Principal Sir Jesus A. Comaling for the welcome address.
MC 1: thank you very much Sir Comaling for that heartwarming welcome address.
MC 2: This event does not only showcase the academic aspect of our students but also their
talents and skills who have honed within this institution. Let us witness a song presentation of
the selected pupils from the Grade 5 Elijah. (a round of applause please.)
MC 1: Thank you for that wonderful song presentation pupils from Grade 5 Elijah. It is indeed
a honed skills and talents with the supervision of their enthusiastic adviser.
MC2: At this juncture, it is the time to give medals, merits and awards to our honor pupils
from Grade 1 Joash. To begin with, may I request Sir Jesus Comaling our Elementary school
Principal and Sir Edsel H. Gayares our School Administrator to give the awards, to be assisted
with their Adviser. Here are the Honor students and special awards awardees.
MC1: Here are the Honor pupils and awardees from Grade 1 Joash.

MC 1: Compostela Christian School does not only have limited number of talents but multiple
talented ones, to prove this statement we shall witness another presentation from the
talented Grade 4 selected pupils.
(Thank you Grade 4 pupils for that wonderful presentation, it is indeed that these pupils are
talented ones)
MC 1: In this moment of time let us award our outstanding pupils from Grade 2 Ezekiel for
their hardwork and dedication in learning. May I request, our BOT chairman and vice chair to
initiate the giving of awards.
MC 1: At this point, to break the monotony of the program, ladies and gentlemen let us all
welcome the Grade 1 honor pupils as they render their exciting special number. (around of
applause pls.)
-This momentous event needs a word of inspiration and encouragement to all us. At this stage
of time, I will give this prevailed moment to Mrs. Grace H. Gonzales Board of Trustee
Secretary, to Introduce our Honored Guest Speaker. A round of applause please.
MC 2: Thank you very much Ms. Bea Therese Lendio for that meaningful and inspiring
message.
May I request again Ms. Bea Therese Lendio to be on stage for the Giving of Certificate
as the Guest Speaker for this momentous event,
Allow me to read the Citation (Read Citation)

MC2: Thank you, Ms. Bea Therese Lendio for sharing your inspiring message with us. Your words
have truly set the tone for this celebration.

MC1: We are also privileged to have with us our dedicated School Principal, Sir Jesus A. Comaling,
whose leadership and guidance have been instrumental in our school’s success. Please give a warm
welcome to Jesus A. Comaling.( A round of applause please)

MC2: Thank you, Jesus A. Comaling., for your insightful and encouraging remarks. Your support
continually motivates our students to strive for excellence.

MC1: Now, we move forward to one of the most anticipated parts of our program – the awarding of
honors and merits for GRADE 3-JOHN. These students have worked exceptionally hard, and it’s time
to recognize their efforts. We invite the honored students to come forward as we call their names.

MC2: Congratulations to all the awardees of GRADE 3-JOHN! Your hard work and perseverance have
paid off, and we are immensely proud of your achievements.

MC1: Next, we have a special treat for everyone. Our talented Grade 2 Honor Pupils have prepared a
delightful dance presentation. Let’s give them a big round of applause as they take the stage!
MC2: What a fantastic performance! Thank you, Grade 2 Honor Pupils, for sharing your talent with us.
Your energy and enthusiasm are truly infectious.

MC1: We will now continue with the awarding of honors for GRADE 4-JOSEPH. These students have
shown remarkable dedication and excellence in their studies.

MC2: Congratulations to the achievers of GRADE 4-JOSEPH! Your commitment to academic


excellence is commendable.

MC1: Moving forward, we have the awarding of honors for GRADE 5-ELIJAH. These students have
demonstrated exceptional diligence and achievement.

MC2: Congratulations to the awardees of GRADE 5-ELIJAH! Your hard work and determination are
truly inspiring.

MC1: To keep the excitement going, we have another wonderful dance presentation. This time, it’s by
our Grade 3 Honor Pupils. Let’s give them a round of applause as they perform for us!

MC2: Thank you, Grade 3 Honor Pupils, for that wonderful performance. Your dance was not only
entertaining but also a testament to your creativity and teamwork.

MC1: As we approach the closing of our program, it’s important to acknowledge the efforts and
contributions of everyone who made this event possible. For the Words of Gratitude,
Acknowledgement, and Announcement, we invite Ptr. Edsel H. Gayares, our OIC-Administrator. Please
welcome him with a round of applause.

MC2: Thank you, Ptr. Edsel H. Gayares, for those heartfelt words. Your appreciation and
acknowledgements remind us of the community effort that goes into nurturing our students.

MC1: To conclude our program on a reflective note, let us bow our heads for the closing prayer may I
request everyone to please stand. This will be led by Ptr. Belcher G. Hinampas, our Grade 8 Adviser.

MC2: Amen. Thank you, Ptr. Belcher G. Hinampas, for leading us in prayer.

MC1: before we conclude our ceremony, allow me to give a short message to our achievers.
“Education doesn’t stop the day you received your award. It is only a beginning to do better.
This day serves as a motivation for you. My highest hope is that you will continue such success
and will succeed in the near future. Dream big, work hard, stay focused and surround yourself
with good people.” Again, this is (Name of the MC 1).
MC2: and my short message come like this, an investment in knowledge always pays the best
interest, held your head up high and live with the dignity of a knowledgeable and Christian
students. Once again this is (Name of the MC 2).

This concludes our ceremony. We invite everyone to join us for the recessional and pictorial session.
Let’s capture these wonderful memories together.

MC2: Thank you all for being with us today. Your presence made this event truly special. Have a
wonderful day ahead!

MC1 and MC2: Congratulations to all the students once again!
