PHILOSOPHY

The North Davao Colleges, Inc., Panabo City is anchored on the Philosophy that man was created in the image of God.
Therefore, the work of education is to nurture the individual after His divine similitude in order to restore in man the complete
blending of the physical, the mental/intellectual, the psychosocial, the moral, and spiritual aspects of development.
VISION
The North Davao Colleges – High School Department envisioned to be the leading private secondary school in Panabo
City that provides 21st – century education.
MISSION
Develop students holistically for them to be ready for the demand of the 21st century.
GOALS
To achieve its Vision and Mission, North Davao Colleges, Inc., Panabo City set the following goals:
1. Continually improve the quality instruction.
2. Integrate spiritual development into the curriculum.
3. Upgrade school facilities and services.
4. Provide a competitive career path for the faculty and staff.
5. Strengthen the integration of technology in instructions and school operations.
