    A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF SK SECRETARY

    WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13 (f) Chapter 2 of RA 10742, as amended by RA No. 11768, the SK
    Secretary shall be appointed by the SK Chairperson with the concurrence of the SK
    Members;

    WHEREAS, Ms/Mr. is appointed as the SK Secretary subject for the


    concurrence of this Body;

    WHEREAS, Ms/Mr. possesses all the qualifications and none of the


    disqualifications to the position as the SK Secretary of this barangay as indicated in
    Section 10 of RA No. 10742, as amended by RA No. 11768 Section 2;
