    Labour charges for erection and de-erection of stagging beyond 4.80Mtr as per the

    instructions of EIC. (Slab Area shall be payable per Each Mtr Height)
    Rebar Works
    Labour charges for rebar cutting, bending, placing and tying rod in position by placing spacer
    bars and cover blocks fixing as per the specifications of the drawings and as per the
    1 instructions of EIC., at all leads and lifts (Binding Wire shall be supplied for free of cost as per
    norms. Incase of any excess consumption, the differencial amount towards the same shall
    be recovered from R.A.Bills)
    a) For 8MM Dia to 16MM Dia M.T 7,500.00
    b) For 20MM Dia to 32MM Dia M.T 7,000.00

    Terms & Conditions:


    Payment Terms: R.A.Bills shall be raised for every 15Days and the payment shall be released within 7Days from the

    bill Date.
    2 TDS Shall be Deducted, As Applicable.
    3 No Additional Charges shall be paid towards Columns / Core walls / Retaining Wall Starters.
    4 GST is Extra, if Applicable. ESI & PF Amount shall be recovered from the R.A.Bills
    If Any Faults / Quality Issues arrises due to poor workmanship, the amount towards the rectification of the same shall
    5
    be recovered From R.A.Bills.
    All Tools & Tackles like Dies & Claw Hammers etc., are to be arranged by sub-contractor only. However, the
    6 machinerey & the Consumables like Machines, Blades, Tapes, Binding Wire, Cover Blocks etc., Shall be supplied for
    free of cost.
    CONTRACTOR ISSUED MATERIALS: Materials issued to the Sub-Contractor (on Returnable Basis) are to be returned
    7 to stores after proper cleaning, once the works are completed. If the same are not returned, the Amount Towards the
    same shall be recovered from R.A.Bills.

    5% of the Bill Value Shall be withheld from each R.A.Bill towards Retention Amount, which shall be released after
    8
    Final Bill, upon submission of All No Dues from the Project In Charge.
    Any Leads Beyond 100Mtrs & Lift Beyond 1st Floor Level, The Contractor will provide a Vehicle / Cranes for the
    9 transportation to the work location. However, The scope of loading and un loading shall lies with Sub-Contractor
    Only.
    All Labour should adhere and follow the HSE & House Keeping Procedures as per Company Policy. Non
    10
    Complience will be penalized.
