Threats of rivalry are high especially in the fast pacing coffee industry. There are a lot of

competitors who start coffee businesses and the majority of them are coming up with unique

ideas for them to stand out. The more reason for it being highly affected by the competition is

that the location is around the City wherein businesses like coffee shops and food stalls are more

likely to compete as well.

SCRIPT: coffee shops became a trend and a lot of business enthusiast try to enter this industry.

Threats of new entrants are most likely to be high especially in the fast-pacing coffee industry. A

lot of them are coming with new and trendy ideas to attracts customer. To mention that harinawa

café bistro is located near Lucena city town proper wherein shops and stall are more likely to

compete as well.

Buyers are literally everywhere but it can differ from the location of your business. That's
