Reminders before the Processional


- Good morning, everyone!
- In a few minutes, we are going to start our graduation ceremony.
- At this point may we invite all graduates together with their parents to go to your respective
areas for the processional.
- To maintain the solemnity of this occasion, may we request all our guests to please set their
phone to silent mode.
- Family and guest are expected to show courtesy by refraining from leaving their seats to take
pictures or by talking to graduates.
- May we also request all photographers and other guests to stay away from the processional
area, the graduate’s seats, and stage area.
- Thank you for your cooperation.

OPENING
- A blessed morning to everyone.
-This morning´s event marks one of the most awaited special event not only for our dear pupils but also
to our proud parents.
-Ladies and gentlemen, parents, teachers, honoured guests, and beloved candidates for graduation.
Welcome to Pinutulan Elementary School graduation ceremony with the theme “Kabataang Pilipino
Para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas.

I. Processional 10-15 mins.


*-Ladies and Gentlemen, The Processional
- Let us welcome the graduating pupils of the class 2023-2024 escorted with their parents.
-Let us welcome the stakeholders in Education- PTA Officials, the Barangay Officials ,the DepEd
officials,the teaching of Pinutulan Elementary School together with the honoured guest.

II. Entrance of Colors 3-5 mins.


-Ladies and Gentlemen, the Entrance of colors.

III. Philippine National Anthem 53 secs and


IV. Invocation 2-3 mins.
--Let us show our deference by standing still as we sing the Philippine National Anthem with

And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. May we call _Ma’am
Encarnacion M. Ventura Teacher in Charge of Pinutulan Elementary School to present the
candidates for graduation.
-This will be followed by the Certification of Candidates for Graduation by our Public Schools District
Supervisor Sir Ralph L. Bona.
-Afterwards, the Acceptance and Confirmation of candidates will follow, to be given by our well-
respected Schools Division Super Intendent

VIII. Distribution of certificates and Awarding of Honors and Special Awards Depends on the number of
candidates.
- We will now proceed to the awarding of Honors and Special Awards. This will be followed by the
distribution of diplomas. May we request our public schools district supervisor Sir Ralph L. Bona, our
guess speaker Ma’am Salve Domingo, our Teacher -In Charge Ma’am Encaranacion M. Ventura and the
school heads of the different schools

IX. Introduction of the Guest Speaker 2-3 mins (see attached sample)
- Another highlight of this occasion is the opportunity for us to listen and be inspired to the words of
wisdom from our guess speaker. So, to formally introduce our Guest speaker, Let us welcome

- - Thank you very much ma’am for your motivating message. Graduates, may you continue to
work hard and reach the dreams you have for yourself.
