Stages of IIM Admission and Selection Process


IIM admission process is divided into three stages. Given below is an overview of the three
stages of IIM admission:

St age 1: Short list ing of candidat es on t he basis of t heir CAT 2023 exam score
Once the CAT result is announced, the candidates have to apply f or WAT /GD-PI round by

St age 3: Calculat ion of Composit e Score and Final Select ion
In the third stage of IIM admission, the composite score of each candidate is calculated on

IIM Eligibility Criteria 2024


IIM eligibility criteria f or MBA programmes is same as CAT eligibility criteria, i.e. minimum 50
per cent aggregate marks in graduation. T hose who are eligible to appear in CAT are also
eligible f or admission to the IIMs. However, they have to meet a f ew other requirements f or

important aspect of IIM admission process is "conf irmation of admission". Selected
