1.0 Introduction
Students are required to form groups for this assignment. Throughout this task, it is
essential for students to demonstrate their understanding. Effective communication and
teamwork will be key to success. The assignment question is as follows:

Instruction: “Navigating Professional Etiquette in the Construction Industry”


Explore the importance of professional practice and etiquette in the construction
industry, analyze the issue of bribery to conclusively demonstrate its moral stance, and
provide a case study or illustrate the application of these principles in a real-world
construction scenario.

Aim: The aim of this assignment is to investigate the professional practice within the
construction industry.

2.0 Objective
• To examine the fundamental elements of professional practice in the construction
industry, including ethical considerations, legal obligations, and industry standards,
as reflected in outlined frameworks.

• To identify the roles and responsibilities of construction professionals, such as


architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors, within the context of
professional practice outlines.

• To evaluate the practical implications of professional practice in construction


projects, analyzing their impact on project management, stakeholder relationships,
