Ingredients
250 gr margarine; 250 gr palm/brown sugar; 50 gr butter; 2 eggs+ 4 egg yolks; 50 gr milk powder; 250 gr cake
flour; vanilla powder
Cooking Utensils

Steps
1. Put the margarine; butter, palm/brown sugar, and vanilla into a bowl. Mix them for 1 0 to 15 minutes until
become a solid batter. Use the high speed of the mixer.
2. After 10 minutes, while mixing the batter, put all the eggs one by one. Mix them for 15 minutes. Use spatula
to make sure that the batter is perfect enough.
3. Prepare the cake pan. Rub in the margarine all over the cake-pan then sprinkle the flour on the layer. It will
not make your cake get sticky to the pan.
4. Heat the oven.
5. After 15 minutes mixing, put the cake flour using a spoon, little by little. Mix with the medium speed. Turn off
the mixer if the batter is ready to bake.
6. Pour the batter into a cake pan. Then, put the batter in the cake pan into the heated-oven.
7. Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes with temperature of 180° C.
8. After 40 minutes take the cake out of the oven. 9. Palm sugar cake is ready to serve. Serve 20 slices of cake.

How to Clean a Blender
Cleaning a blender is easy, but it can be hard if you don't clean it immediately after you use it. Even if you
don't have the time to clean it immediately after use, at least, pour in this simple cleaning the mixture to
await your return later.
1) Ensure that the blender jug is sitting on the base properly before proceeding.
2) Fill the jug half full with warm water.
3) Add one to two drops of dish-washing liquid; if you have a lemon, put in half a lemon, as the lemon

4) Place the lid on the blender.

6) Press the low blend button and allow to blend for up to 30 seconds.
