Today, there are many opportunities where we are unable to provide finance
to customers who do not have local address proof.
The “EMI Anywhere” Capability will allow our Sales Executives to provide
finance on both CD and Digital products to customers by capturing
customer’s correct current detailed address and zipcode in POS system

Important Call outs
1. Mandatory

2. Maximum Net Loan Amount allowed is Rs 35000/- without account aggregator and Rs 45000/- if account aggregator is completed.

4. EMI Anywhere Address (DO Preparation stage)
▪ EMI Anywhere Address component will be visible only if customer is approved for EMI Anywhere.
▪ It is mandatory to enter customer current address of residence in this component
▪ While capturing customer’s address in EMI Anywhere Address component please make sure that all address details are correctly captured such
as building/apartment name, flat no, house no, lane no, area, locality, landmark and most important correct ZIPCODE
▪ The Debt Management Service team (collection) will contact the customer at this address if the customer bounces the EMI amount on the due
date
▪ For CD & Digital products, address entered by Sales Executive in this component in DO Preparation stage & customer address on Invoice must
be same
▪ Customer ZIPCODE in EMI Anywhere Address component must be entered as informed by customer, if ZIPCODE is not shown then the
executive must not process the case by entering any other ZIPCODE to process the case
How to process cases if both Dealer and Customer
eligible for EMI Anywhere
Steps to be followed by Sales Executives in POS System
before taking approval (underwriting) for customer
Step 1 : Add Asset & Scheme Selection
Step 2 : Mobile Number Validation
Step 3 : Account Aggregator
Sales Executive will be shown Account Aggregator related validation for below 2 scenarios
• If Account Aggregator process is not completed, Maximum Net Loan allowed is Rs 35000
• If Account Aggregator process is completed, Maximum Net Loan allowed is Rs 45000
Maximum LTV allowed in both scenarios will be 83%
Step 4 : Complete customer KYC Process
Customers KYC must be completed in KYC Processes section using EKYC (Biometric device) or digilocker
Step 5 : Customer Residential Address
Select the correct customer address that would have been auto-filled after successfully completing eKYC using
biometric device or using Digilocker process or through Account Aggregator. If any 1 of these addresses are incorrect
Sales Executive must select the Manual option and manually enter the address

after approval (underwriting) for customer
Check if customer is ELIGIBLE for “EMI Anywhere ”
If customer is eligible for ‘EMI Anywhere’ then in Customer Details section, EMI Anywhere will be stamped “Y”.
If account aggregator is successfully completed and customer consent is received, then the maximum approval
limit will be Rs 45000, and Maximum LTV will be 83%

EKYC Process Validation
Before taking approval if customer KYC process is completed using Digilocker or through manual process then only
this validation will be shown to the executive. If eKYC is done using biometric device this validation will not be shown
• Sales Executive must once again do customer’s eKYC process using biometric device and ensure that customer
completes the process on his/her phone successfully
• Sales Executive does not need to change the customer address already captured in the Customer Residential
Address section after completing the eKYC process again using biometric device
Additional Details Section
If customer is eligible for ‘EMI Anywhere’ then in Additional Details, Sales Executive must not select BFL Branch
How to process case On Opportunity Page
Complete UPI Mandate using Bajaj UPI handle (@abfspay)
For customers approved under Anywhere EMI it is mandatory to complete E-Mandate. This must be
done through UPI Mandate using Bajaj UPI handle or through any other methods. Physical not allowed.
Mandate Validation
Below validation will be shown to Sales Executives if they try to “Generate DO” without completing the
E-Mandate process either through UPI Mandate process using Bajaj UPI or other Mandate methods.

Customer Declared Address in EMI Anywhere Address NTB Section
Executives must capture address as declared by customer if customer does not have local address proof in their name
• For CD & Digital, this declared address must also be captured on the INVOICE. For CD products delivery must be done at this address. If address entered in
EMI Anywhere Address does not match the address on the INVOICE, file will be put on HOLD by the Ops team
Below validation will be shown to Sales Executives if Sales Executives does not enter complete address
EMI Anywhere Address NTB : Validation
Below validation is shown to the Sales Executive in the EMI Anywhere Address section on the DO Preparation when the
ZIPCODE entered by the Sales Executive is not eligible for Anywhere EMI.
Digital Agreement + KFS + RPS + LTS (2nd OTP Agreement) must be mandatorily competed in 3in1 App
Digital Agreement must be successfully Customer Application Form, Key Fact Statement and LTS/Cross Sell
completed by customer in 3in1 App
Digital Agreement : Validation
Below validation will be shown to Sales Executives if Digital Agreement is not completed in 3in1 App
Declared Address entered in system available on Delivery Order (DO)
Why declared address is important ?
• Debt Management Services (Collections) team will visit the address that Sales Executive has entered in the EMI Anywhere Address
section in DO Preparation stage.
• Ask the customer and confirm the address that you enter in the EMI Anywhere Address since the customer does not have any
document proof of that address
• Correct ZIPCODE of customers address must be captured in the EMI Anywhere Address since it is linked to correct Branch and
allocation to Debt Management Services (Collections) team
• If address is correct but ZIPCODE is incorrect it will lead to wrong allocation to Debt Management Service (collection) team
4. What BFL Branch must be selected in Additional Details section on Customer Page after customer is approved for EMI Anywhere ?
Ans If customer is approved under “EMI Anywhere”, BFL Branch selection is not mandatory.
6. If customer lives in city A and is taking loan in city B, what address must be entered in “EMI Anywhere Address” in DO Prep stage ?
Ans If customer lives in city A and is taking loan in city B, Sales Executive must enter city A address in “EMI Anywhere Address” in DO Prep stage. No document proof
of city A needs to be uploaded in Document Library
7. If customer lives and works in city A but does not have local address proof of city A, what address must be entered in “EMI Anywhere Address” in DO Prep
stage ?
Ans If customer lives and works in city A and does not have local address proof of city A, Sales Executive must enter city A address in detail as mentioned by the
customer in “EMI Anywhere Address” in DO Prep stage. No document proof of city A needs to be uploaded in Document Library.
8. Will Sales Executives be able to source through Vanilla Schemes if customer is approved for “EMI Anywhere”?
Ans Yes.
9. If customer is approved for “EMI Anywhere”, will phone locking be applicable for all mobile phone categories ?
Ans No. Phone locking for customer will be applicable basis CIBIL score and other risk parameters as applicable.
