A RESOLUTION SETTING THE GUIDELINES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF QUODE: QR


CODE ATTENDANCE SYSTEM AMONG THE BACHELOR OF SECONDARY EDUCATION
AND THE BACHELOR OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION.

WHEREAS, the BSEd student body is hereby required to observe the wearing of
proper uniforms including their school identity document (I.D), given that the BSEd
already received their uniform. It must be worn according to a provided schedule
that goes as follows:
1.) BSEd 1st year to 3rd year students
a) Monday and Wednesday - gala uniform
b) Tuesday - departmental polo-shirt
c) Thursdays - college polo-shirt uniform
d) Friday- appropriate attire or Student Organization uniform as stated
in our student handbook
2.) For BSEd 4th year students
a) Monday and Wednesday - blue gala uniform
b) Tuesdays - Beige gala uniform
c) Thursday - departmental polo-shirt
d) Friday - college polo-shirt uniform;

WHEREAS, All of the students under BSEd must wear their IDs from Monday to
Friday at all times with the official ID lace.

WHEREAS, those who fail to adhere to the above-mentioned schedule will be


sanctioned and be subjected to the following corrective measures as contained
Univerdity Student’s Handbook:

a. 1st offense- Reprimand or warning from the department chairperson or


institute of director and notice to parents or guardian with proper
recording and signed by the concerned a copy of which be forwarded to
the SAS office
b. 2nd Offense- ten (10) hours community service
c. 3rd Offense- one (1) week suspension

WHEREAS, these guidelines in the implementation of corrective measures for non-


compliance to the rules on wearing of proper school uniforms was presented to the
class captains of the BSEd Department and has been unanimously approved by them;

WHEREAS, this resolution must be implemented starting this 1st semester this
school year 2023-2024 until further notice;

WHEREAS, the implementation of this guideline must be monitored and supervised


by the municipal student body organization officers.

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved that these guidelines on wearing the proper


uniforms be implemented as scheduled for the academic year 2023-2024 until
further notice.
