Oxford International Curriculum

Getting started: key steps

1. Self-register for the e-learning course


2. Access your course
3. Join your school group
4. Register for live webinars
5. Contact Customer Services if you need help
Self-register for your course

To self-register for your Oxford International Curriculum


continuous professional learning and development course:
➢ Identify the pathway that is right for you (Early Years,
Primary, Lower Secondary (by subject), School Leaders)
➢ Your school leader will provide you with a specific joining
URL so you can create a new Canvas account that links to
your individual learning pathway
➢ Once you have received the correct link for your pathway,
follow the joining instructions
Once you have the course URL…

Follow the joining


instructions by adding your
school email address and
selecting I am a new user.
Enter your full name (as you
want it to appear on your
certificate of completion).
Click on Enrol in course.
Confirm your registration

Check your email and click


on the link provided to
confirm your registration.

Enter your email address when prompted


and create your password for Canvas.
Click on Register.
Once registered, select ‘Go to your dashboard’
Click on your course icon
Join your school group
1. In Course Navigation, click the People link:
Join your school group
2. To access your User Groups, click the Groups tab:
Join your school group
3. Schools are listed in alphabetical order by country. Find your school and click the Join link:
Check your to-do list
Find upcoming live webinars in the course calendar

We recommend that you


complete the relevant
online assignment in
advance of each Oxford
International Curriculum
webinar with the same
title - do check the
calendar for details of
upcoming live sessions.
Register for live webinars

Click Home and go to


Live sessions: calendar and
registration to register for
the upcoming webinar series.

Register for the full series to


receive reminders, joining
links and webinar recordings
for each live session.
Begin your course!

Once you have joined your group


and registered for live sessions,
you are ready to begin your
course.
Follow the on-screen instructions
to complete each module. You
can navigate the course by
clicking the 'Next' and 'Previous'
buttons. You can also see all
parts of the course by clicking
'Modules' on the course menu.

❖ Note: there is no need to re-take modules or assignments that you have previously completed, prior to joining the
Canvas course - your account will be updated within 30 days of joining the course to reflect any previous work.
Continuing to access your course
To continue to access your course, you can
stay signed in or return to your course at any
time via the Canvas login page at
http://pdoup.instructure.com, where you
will be prompted to enter your email address
and password.

If you forget your password, click on


‘Forgot Password?’ on the login page and
follow the instructions to reset your password.
