2.2 Digital archiving of Transfer 100% of TCT digitally archived with 100%
Certificate of Title (TCT). acceptability within 10 minutes per TCT.

3.0 ASSESSMENT RECORDS

3.3 Files Transfer Certificate of Title 100% of TCT, CAR, Deed of Conveyance with
(TCT), Certificate Authorizing 100% efficiency filed every 10th day of the
