VIII. COURSE DESCRIPTION:


This course is designed for prospective teachers to develop and use digital and non-digital teaching-
learning resources using technology tools appropriate in various subject areas in the elementary level.
Further, the course will provide opportunities for students to use technology tools to develop project-
based collaborative activities and share resources among communities of practice.

IX. COURSE OUTCOMES:


At the end of the course, students should be able to:
1. Explain ICT policies and safety issues as they impact on the teaching learning process
2. Identify learning theories and principles applied in the design and development of lessons through
appropriate media technologies for teaching learning
3. Integrate media and technology in various content areas.
4. Formulate teaching-learning experience and assessment tasks using appropriate and innovative
technologies
5. Demonstrate social, ethical, and legal responsibility in the use of technology tools and resources.
