applying for a work permit. This includes completing application forms and gathering
necessary documents.
3. Send us a clear scanned copy of your passport (All Pages).
4. We will issue an Invoice and contract for Professional Services for Poland's work
permit procedure in your name. You must prepay 700 euros and sign the contract digitally
to start the process.
5. After receiving the Prepayment, the employer will apply your documents at the Voivodeships-
Labor Department for Immigration and provide you with the submission proof within 2-3
weeks.

make the second payment of 900 Euros.
8. After receiving the second payment, we will send the original work permit invitation and the
embassy supporting documents to your preferred address.
9. DHL will send the package of documents. And you have to pay courier charges of 50 to 100

for the embassy to decide on your visa.
12. After applying for a visa, you will make the third payment of 1100 euros before coming to
Poland.
13. In case your visa gets rejected due to not justifying the purpose of your stay, you need to
apply for an appeal within 14 working days when your key gets denied. We will prepare a
document from the employer and email you a scanned copy that helps you to re-appeal
against the embassy's decision, and you have to submit that document at the embassy. We
will be able to help you with the re-appeal—the letter.
14. If you don't get a Visa, we will refund the money only if the embassy says that the
documents provided by us are false.
15. We provide you with an airport pick service for your accommodation.
16. When you arrive in Poland, we will take you to the accommodation and on the second day,
there will be a medical check-up to prove that you are physically and mentally fit to work in an
organization. Third-day emergency evacuation training will be conducted for the new
employees during a fire or other emergencies. You will also get a certificate for the same. And
on the fourth-day PESEL Number will be applied by the employer or Eu Helpers Team for a
Tax ID number. On the fifth day, Our Partner law firm or your Employer in Poland can help
you with additional information about banking fees and types of services offered by banks and

Announcement for Workers and Recruiters:

Our cooperation begins with issuing an invoice to the worker for the invitation and the required visa
processing documents. Once we receive the documents package, we send it to the worker's and
recruiter's respective countries. The documents are valid for three months and cannot be extended.
After receiving the visa, the worker must notify us by providing photos or scanned copies.
In case of visa rejection, we require confirmation through printed or scanned documentation. Upon
obtaining the visa, the worker should arrive in Poland and commence work. After three months of
employment, we can assist the worker in applying for a Residence Permit Card (Karta pobytu). After
six months, if the worker demonstrates professionalism and promising results, we can facilitate
employment in other European countries, such as Finland, Norway, Germany, with higher salaries.
Please be aware that attempting to change employment or leaving the country without following the
proper procedures will result in the cancellation of the invitation. In such cases, workers may be
considered illegal residents, leading to deportation. Our company offers various job vacancies in
different countries, but job changes within our company are only allowed under specific
circumstances.
Please understand that if there are any updates to labor laws, the duration of the work
process may change accordingly.
