2. Investigative (I):

 Investigative individuals enjoy working with theories, concepts, and abstract ideas. They are
analytical, precise, and enjoy problem-solving and research. Careers such as chemists,
geologists, biologists, and researchers are ideal for investigative personalities .
3. Artistic (A):

 Artistic personalities are creative, intuitive, and enjoy expressing themselves through art.
They prefer unstructured environments that allow for self-expression. Occupations like
musicians, artists, interior decorators, writers, and industrial designers suit artistic
individuals .

4. Social (S):

 Social types are good with people and excel in teaching, counseling, and providing social

 Differentiation describes how well-defined an individual's personality is. A well-


differentiated person has a clear preference for one type over others, making career choices
easier. Conversely, a person with similar scores across all types is undifferentiated, making
career choices more challenging .

3. Identity:

 Identity relates to the clarity and stability of an individual's goals, interests, and talents. High
identity means the person has a clear understanding of their career goals and how to
achieve them .

4. Congruence:
