within the next 5 working days with a confirmed
appointment slot at your chosen VAC Location.

If you have not received an appointment letter after 5


working days of making a request,

please write to [email protected] stating the


following subject line: Appointment letter not received for
webform reference no. XYZ(mention webform reference
number received upon submitting the request) submitted on
XYZ(mention the date when webform was filled requesting
for a biometric appointment).

Alternatively, you will also receive an SMS from us confirming


your appointment details, you may also present it at the Visa
Application Centre in lieu of the appointment letter. Your
details will be validated against our manifest (appointment
list) for granting your entry.

We urge customers to refrain from sending multiple emails


to ensure that a timely and correct response is sent to your
reference number as we are facing higher than usual
volumes.

you need to fill and carry with you on your scheduled
appointment date and time.

Against this filled Webform, the only email that you will
received from VFS will be a confirmation with your
