1. INTRODUCTION:
Akshay Builders & Constructions Private Limited (ABCPL) is a Private Limited Indian Non-Government Company incorporated in India on 12
Aug 1994. Its registered office is in Bijapur, Karnataka, India. The Company is engaged in the Construction Industry.
Present & Past works.
Bijapur Airport: ABCPL has completed 102 Cr. National Airport Project on 17 Nov 2023.
Total Workforce at the time of completion: 216 which includes MD, CEO, Assistant Engineers, Junior Engineers, Surveyors, Accountants, CA,
Operators, QC Engineers, Drivers and Outsourced Labors.
Now the company has won a tender of 412 Cr. National Highway Tender at Mahad, Raigad, Maharashtra. So Now the company has to extend its
workforce for the new project. So, the estimated number of employees required are around 550 including MD, CEO, AE’s, QCE’s, CA etc.

2. TRAINING OBJECTIVE AND TRAINING PLAN:

Advanced engineering principles and technologies relevant to National Highway projects, like economics of road making and all.
Safety procedures and protocols specific to highway construction sites, like safety camps, meetings, safety goals and many more.
Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Understanding and compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Effective communication and collaboration for better team coordination.
