2. Above references pertains to an alleged drug incident that transpired around 8:30 PM on April
18, 2022 along alley in Poblacion 8, Purok Bougainvillea, Midsayap, Cotabato. Juanito S. Reyes ,
52 y/o, married, construction worker and residing in Poblacion 8 Purok Bougainvillea,
Midsayap, Cotabato, exchanged money for drugs with Antonio C. Santos 46 y/o, single,
unemployed, high school graduate and a residing in Poblacion 7, Midsayap, Cotabato.

3. Investigation that was conducted by his office revealed that according to Mario V. Savana,
neighbor of Juanito S. Reyes, 30 y/o, and college student, during his interview at this station he
was hanging out at the store when he suddenly saw a suspicious man enter Juanito’s house, he
hid near at the house to find out what was going inside the house. According to Mario, the man
went to Juanito’s house several times and found out that he was exchanging money for drugs.

4. Based on the affidavit of the responding personnel’s from Midsayap Municipal Police Station
led by PSSG Maria B. Milan and PSSG John N. Rait, immediately responded and arrested the
suspect in Poblacion 8, Purok Bougainvillea, Midsayap, Cotabato when the witness reported the
incident.

5. Other developments regarding the incident shall be submitted as soon as obtained.
