Quickstart Guide

Turn on
Beartooth

Open ATAK
Pairing Device

Start pairing to Beartooth device

Choose your device and verify serial number

Set up Tool Bar by Clicking Settings

Note: Default setting broadcasts your location to your network every 10 seconds

This tool allows you to test the real RF range and link
quality between two radios in same network.

1. Take two Beartooth devices connected with


Beartooth Plugin and place them adjacent.

To make sure the Beartooth MKII unit is in good


condition, move device A Beartooth (phase out, put
behind yourself).RSSI values shouldn’t change
significantly (should be between -40 and -45)
