GO AHEAD TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE VEHICLE WITHOUT THE COMPANY'S OWNERSHIP

1. The vehicle must be in good condition as approved by the company's mechanic.
2. The vehicle must be licensed.
3. The vehicle must be comprehensively insured (optional)
4. The sales figure will be determined by the market
5. The company will deduct an agreed percentage amount out of the sales and deposit
the remaining into the owner's Mobile Money number / Bank Account
6. The company will be responsible for the safe keeping of the vehicle.
7. The vehicle will be repaired by the company's mechanic while the owners bear the
cost of any amount above Fifty (GHC 50 ) Ghana Cedis .
8. The company is responsible for the drivers salary
9. The owner can provide a tracker for the vehicle
10. The contract cannot be terminated unless at least two (2) months notice is given.
11. The owner is responsible for the cost of change of engine oil.
12. The owner of the vehicle will pay One Hundred (GHC 100 ) Ghana Cedis to Go-Ahead
Transport Enterprise every month as management fee.

Drivers Agreement
1. Driver must be at least 25 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
2. Must comply with all driving regulations as required by law.
3. Must be decently dressed.
4. Must be courteous and be prepared to assist customers when the need arises.
5. Responsible for negligence damages to the vehicle such as scratches and dents.
6. Must inform manager as soon as possible of any problem that arises before ,during or after
carrying out driving duties.
7. The vehicle must not be driven by any other persons apart from the driver with whom the
vehicle is assigned to.
8. Payment of wages could be only made into bank account / mobile money account.
9. Driver’s ID card issued by the company must always be worn or visibly displayed.
10. Drivers are strictly prohibited from Alcohol and cigarrette, any driver found in breach of
these will lose his/her contract with the company.
11. I................................................do agree to the terms and conditions above and that
the Ghana Police Service should force me to pay any debt incurred.
12. I also agree that should I go contrary to the rules and regulations of the company , my
contract should end immediately.
