In Lab Task
Task 1: Entering Data into tables via forms
1. Create a form using the form wizard and enter at least 5 records in each table via their
respective form. Attach a screenshot of the form as well table after the insertion of the
data.
2. Update at least three records like changing location, changing name or anything else
via forms

3. Modify the Form layout also as per the steps performed above
4. Create a simple report via the report wizard from the create tab option based on
created tables.

Task 2: Action Queries (Append, Update, Delete, and Make-table), Parameter Queries
1. Create a navigation form as per the above-defined steps.
2. Create the simplest relationship between tables mentioned in the section Relationships.

3. Also Implement Append Query on the following tables.
