Ideal Candidate :

Should be experienced Solution Architect/Technical Lead with 15+ years of experience in developing
and implementing enterprise level solutions. Experience in designing and implementing solutions in
Mainframe, open source and cloud platform. Must have a strong track record of successfully
updating and improving legacy systems and technology. Proven ability to identify opportunities for
improvement, develop and implement modernizing solutions, and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement software components in a range of programming languages and development
tools, including Mainframe PL1,JCL,Db2, JAVA, Springboot, Angular, Python
Design implement and automate the application deployment to Cloud , Containerization, MS Azure,
OpenShift.
Design and implement DevOps pipeline
Design and implement business process solutions using IBM ODM , Drools Kogito.

Extract business rules from existing legacy applications and implement them in the Business rule
engine using Drools.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.
Coordinate with Business Stakeholders and Requirement Engineers to understand requirements and
define the architectural model and high-level solution design.
Implementation of required software components according to design specifications.
Lead a team of developers across various technologies.

Key Skills:

Must have In-Depth expertise in IBM mainframe PL/1, COBOL, Db2, JCL, CICS, IMS DB
Must have Proficiency in JAVA, Python, Springboot, Angular, Oracle DB.
Must have expertise in Flask Framework.
Must have extensive experience in Devops, CICD,Jenkins, cloud technologies and Redhat Openshift
platform.
Must have hands-on experience in Legacy application modernization and Migration to cloud.
Must have Deep expertise in Business process management tools like IBM ODM and Kogito.
Have a strong track record in designing, integrating and implementing business rule engines using
IBM ODM and Drools.
In-depth knowledge and expertise in the Tax Domain is required.
Provisioning of Automated Scripts in Docker Containers using OpenShift.
10+ years of professional experience in financial services, driving design strategies, standardizing
development tools, automation frameworks, and test processes to increase cost savings.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Odyssey.
