● Sports are one of the most happening thrills of life. Sports are
something that teaches a human many qualities like dedication,
leadership discipline and much more. It is a well known fact that
any form of physical exercise is good not only for one's body but
the spirit as well. Playing a sport is a winning combination both
figuratively and literally,and that is why we lay special focus on
awakening the sports talent of the students and then display the
same at an annual athletic meet.
● Beyond the obvious health and activity benefits, sports can teach us
much about life. It teaches us about teamwork and team spirit. It
teaches us to work together to achieve a common goal. It’s also
about trust and responsibility and about dealing with success and
failures.Moreover, Sports Day is a day for celebrating the spirit of
sportsmanship. So let us begin the Annual Sports Day with lots of
enthusiasm, passion, and vigor.

enhanced the overall mood…..oh yes that is so exciting.

perform is the Mannu house with their Dumble drill.

● Well…. next we have the Ring Drill by Ajit Sing House. Ring drill
is all about accuracy and finesse and I am sure it will add a
different flavor to the event.

● Sports day isn't just about the heart-pounding excitement; it's also
about nourishing our minds and bodies. And the best way to do
that is with the ancient practice of yoga
● With that, let the mats unroll, the poses flow, and the serenity take
over. Welcome to the Yoga Drill beginning with moon salutation
followed by sun salutation
