Process Flow for Customer Portal (Through Bank Website)

Part I – Application & Document Submission -Pre Sanction Steps

Step 1: Use https://ibdlp.indianbank.in/loanPortalHL/ for onboarding customer

Step 2: The authentication page will appear.

Step 3: Choose the option “Yes” for Indian Bank existing customer

Step 4: Enter your SB Account No./ CIF. After entering SB Account No./ CIF, click on the Validate Button.

Step 5: Masked registered mobile no. will be displayed on screen. Click on Send Consent Code.

Step 6: Enter OTP received on registered mobile no. and click on Submit Consent Code button.

Step 7: Click on New Application Button to submit new application. For resuming existing submitted application, tick the check box

against the submitted application reference no. and click on Resume Application button.

Step 8: Tick the Customer Acceptance check box for accepting consent clause displayed on the screen and Click on the Proceed

button.

Step 9: Personal Details, registered with Bank will be displayed on the screen, click on the Next button to continue. If PAN/ Aadhar
Number is not available in CIF, same is to be entered and validated. PAN will be validated through NSDL & Aadhar will validated through
OTP based verification.

Step 10: Financial Details tab will be displayed on the screen. Choose Employment Type, Employer Type form the Drop Down available.

Enter Gross Monthly Income, Total Monthly obligation (existing EMIs) and Other Deductions. Choose Purpose of Loan from
drop down available and click on Next button.

Step 11: Maximum Eligible Loan Amount & Maximum Loan Tenure will be displayed on the screen based on the Income and
deduction entered in Financial Details Tab and Date of Birth available in CBS. Required Loan Amount and Required Loan Tenure
can be changed as per customer requirement by entering the same in the text box or by dragging the slider available for the same
purpose.
Tick the Check Box to avail moratorium. On ticking the check box, maximum moratorium period (in Month) will be displayed on the screen
as per the purpose of loan selected in Financial Details Tab. Maximum moratorium can be decreased by entering the same in available
text box or by dragging the slider.

Your Proposed Loan Amount, Maximum Loan Tenure (in month), Minimum ROI% and Indicative EMI will be displayed on the screen.
Enter the Project Cost and click on the Next button.

Step 12: In Principle Approved Loan Amount, Maximum Loan Tenure, Minimum ROI & Indicative EMI will be displayed on the screen.
Click on the Home Branch under Branch Selection option to avail Home Loan from your Home Branch. Click on the option Other Than
Home Branch to avail Home Loan from branch other than your Home Branch. Enter Pin Code. Branches available for the entered pincode
will be auto populed in Preferred Branch drop Down. Choose the preferred branch from the drop down.
For submitting document online, choose Online option under the caption “Do you wish proceed document submission online or
through Branch?” otherwise select Branch for submission of document at preferred branch.

Step 13: On choosing Online option under the caption “Do you wish proceed document submission online or through Branch?”,
Add Personal Details Tab will be displayed for adding personal details, Co-applicants details and Guarantor Details. Click on the
applicant available under personal details for adding personal details of applicant.

Enter Educational Qualification, Qualification Description, Marital Status, No. of Dependents & Category.

Click on the (+) available under Personal Details Section for adding Co-Applicants/ Guarantor. Customer Details screen will be
displayed. Select Co-Applicants/ Guarantor under Applicants Type Drop Down for adding Co-Applicants/ Guarantor. Select Yes/ No
in Existing Customer Dropdown. Enter Account No./ CIF No. for existing customer in Customer ID Text Box. After entering Customer
ID, Information will be auto fetched from CBS. Enter Educational Qualification, Qualification Description, Marital Status, No. of

Dependents, Category and Click on Save and Next Button for adding more co-applicants/guarantor otherwise click on Save and Close
button.

Step 14: Click on Applicant/ Co-applicant under Address Details section for addition of address of Applicants/ Co-applicants.

Enter Ownership Type & No. of years staying in Current Location. Tick the Checkbox “Is Current Address Same As Permanent
Address” for customer having same Current Address As Permanent Address.

Step 15: Click on Next Button.

Add Professional Details Tab will be displayed. Click on the Applicants for adding Occupation Details under Employment Details
section

Enter Employment Type, Employer Type, Name & Address of the Organization, Designation, Employee No., No. of Years in
Profession, Gross Monthly Income, Other Deduction, Total Monthly Obligation and Other Income if any. Click on Save Changes.

For adding Occupation detail of Co-applicants, click on (+) available under Employment Details.

Bank Accounts available with Indian Bank will be displayed under Bank Accounts Details section. For adding accounts of applicants/
co-applicants/ guarantors with other Banks, click on (+) button available under Bank Accounts Details section. Click on Save and Close.

Existing Loan details will be fetched automatically from CIBIL/ other CICs/ CBS under Existing Loan Details tab.

Step 16: Click on Next Button. Property Details Tab will be displayed. Enter the Source of Margin Money and Address of Property
to be purchased/ constructed.

Step 17: Click on Next Button. Document Upload Tab will be displayed. Click on (+) button for addition of documents. Choose
Applicants/ Co-applicants/ guarantor, from Applicants Type drop down. Select Document Type, Document Name.

Select Document Type Financial and Document Name ITR Last 3 Years and Fetch Document Online Under Mode of Document
Upload for fetching ITR from Income Tax Website. Enter Income Tax filing password and click on submit button

ITR Fetched Successfully message will be displayed on the screen. If” Upload Document Offline” is choosen, then only e-PDF file
can be uploaded,

Separate row will be inserted under Document section. Click on upload button available for particular entry under Document >> Upload
section for uploading document for inserted entry.

Part II – Acknowledge of Sanction & Acceptance of Terms and Condition by Customer - Post Sanction Steps

Step 18: After getting sanction approval customer has to login again on customer portal for downloading sanction letter and accepting
terms & conditions. Follow Step 1 to 7 of customer portal. Click on check box of reference no. Click on Resume Application Button.

Click on Download button to downloan Sanction Letter.

Click on The Accept to accept Terms & Condition of sanction. On acceptance of sanction letter, branch can intiate Post Sanction Documents
exceution. After document exceution, Loan Account & Security creation can be done through Branch Portal

Part I – Pre Sanction Steps

Step 2: Click on the option “Branch Initiation” available on the left part of the screen.

Step 3: Application submitted through Customer Portal will be available here. Click on the reference no. of worktime.

Details pertaining to the application will be displayed on the screen. Click on the Customer Details section of Customer tab to
view/edit/add basic details of the applicant/ co-applicants/guarantors.

Click on Applicants/ Co-applicants/Guarantor to view/edit/amend details. For amending details fetched directly from CBS, amend details
in CBS to get it updated here, other details can be amended here.

Click on the (+) available under Customer Details Section for adding Co-Applicants/ Guarantor. Customer Details screen will be
displayed. Select Co-Applicants/ Guarantor under Applicants Type Drop Down for adding Co-Applicants/ Guarantor. Select Yes/ No
in Existing Customer Dropdown. Enter Account No./ CIF No. for existing customer in Customer ID Text Box. After entering Customer
ID, Information will be auto fetched from CBS. Enter Educational Qualification, Qualification Description, Marital Status, No. of
Dependents, Category and Click on Save and Next Button for adding more co-applicants/guarantor otherwise click on Save and Close
button.

Address section of Customer Tab

Click on the (+) available under Family Details Section for adding family members of Applicants/ Co-Applicants/ Guarantor. Family
addition screen will be displayed. Select Applicant/ Co-Applicants/ Guarantor under Applicants Type Drop Down for adding family
member details

Click on Save and Next Button for adding more family members, otherwise click on Save and Close button.

Step 5: Click on Bureau Check tab to view/ enter CIC Score of Applicants/ Co-Applicants/ Guarantor. Click on Credit Bureau option.

CIC Score of Applicants/ Co-Applicants/ Guarantor added on customer portal will be available on the screen. For adding CIC Score of Co-
Applicants/ Guarantor, added on branch portal under Customer Tab, choose Co-Applicants/ Guarantors name from Applicant Type menu
anc choose CIC Name from CB Type menu and then click on Fetch button. CIC Score/ CIC Report of Co-Applicants/ Guarantors will be
fetched and inserted automatically.

However, as of now only CIBIL details can be fetched.

If other CIC Report and/or when CIC could not be fetched through this menu due to some technical reason, you can upload the CIC
Report of Co-Applicants/ Guarantors manually by clicking on (+) button

After entering all the details pertaining to CIC, click on Save and Close button. Click on upload button to upload CIC Report of the Co-
applicants/guarantors, if you have added CIC details using (+) button (Step to be followed only if CIC could not be fetched through
this menu)

Step 6: Click on Loan Details tab to view/ edit proposed loan details. Click on Proposed Loan section.

Click on the Row for viewing/ editing proposed loan details. Modify the Requested Loan Amount if required. Choose correct option for
the menus Product, Sub –Product, Purpose, CRE, ROI Type, Moratorium Required and Interest will be serviced during
moratorium for fetching correct Product and Interest Rate.

Click on the Save Changes button after making required changes if any.

Step 7: Click on Financial Info tab to view/ edit Occupation Information, Personal Financial Info (Assets & Liabilities), Income details & Bank
Account Details. Click on Applicant/Co-applicants/Guarantor under Occupation Info section for adding occupation details.

Chosse option from menu Employment Type, Employer Type & Whether onfirmed in Present Employment. Enter Employee No.(if
any), Designation, Name & Adderss of the Organisation, Current Statbility (In years), Current Statbility (In month), Total Statbility
(In years) & Total Statbility (In month). Choose option from Proof of Income. Click on Save Changes.

Repeat above process for all co-applicants and guarantors.

Step 8: For editing Assets & Liabilities already entered on customer portal for Applicants/ Co-Applicants/ Guarantors, click on Applicants/ Co-
Applicants/ Guarantors under sub section Assets / Liabilities of Personal Financial Info section. For adding new entries for Assets or
liabilities click on (+) available under Assets/ Liabilities subsection.

Choose options from menu Type(Immovable/ Movable), Sub Type & Ancestral or Self Acquired. Enter value declared by the
customer(based on submitted proof) & Value As per Branch Assessment. Value declared by the customer will be the part of Asset &
Liabilities. Value as per Branch assesment will be the part of Credit Report.

Liabilities will be autofetched from CBS/ CIC. Remove duplicate entries(Entries in CIC report & in our CBS) by clicking on check box
against entries to be deleted and click ( ) button.

After removing the duplicate entries, click on each individual entry one by one and fill EMI Amount, Sanction Amount, Loan Outstanding
& Sanction Date available under Value as per Barnch Assesment section.

Fresh Liabilities(which are not available in our CBS/ CIC) can be added by clicking on (+) available under Liabilities section.

Click on Applicant/ Co-Applicant/ Guarantor available under Income Details section to edit/ update the income entered by the applicant
on customer portal.

Step 9: After filling all the information under Financial Info Tab, click on Document Tab to upload all the mandatory documents other than those
submitted by the applicants on customer portal. All the documents submitted by the applicants on customer portal will be available here. ITR for the
last three years, if not submitted by the applicants on customer portal can be uploaded here in e-PDF format.

List of mandatory documents can be checked by clicking on Mandatory Documents button.

Document can be added by clicking on (+). Choose the Applicant Type( Applicant, Co-Applicant, Guarantor), Document Type, &
Document Name. Click on Save and Next to add more document, otherwise click on Save and Close.

Fresh row will be inserted under Upload section.

Credit Report can be downloaded from Outward Document section by choosing Applicant/ Co-Applicant/ Guarantor from Appid menu
and then by clicking on Generate button.

Step 10: Click on Action tab, and then Click on Fetch Deviation under Deviation Section. Choose Send for maker Approval option from menu
Decision, enter Remarks and click on Submit button to forward proposal to RAPC. On clicking of Submit button, proposal will be forwarded to
concern RAPC for further processing.

Part II – Post Sanction Steps

Step 11: After getting sanction from RAPC, Branch can intimate sanction to customer by using Post Sanction Document Generation menu. Click
on the workitem reference no. Branch can also download all post sanction documents here

Proposal Sanction Details will be displayed on the screen. Click on the Action Tab.

Choose option Intiate Disbursement from Decision Menu and click on Submit Button. Now customer has to accept sanction by login
the Customer portal. Follow Steps 18-19 of customer portal(Post Sanction).

Step 12: After completion of documentation by customer and satisfaction of all pre-release conditions, Click on Menu Disbursement
Maker. Click on workitem reference no. Click on (+) available under Drawdown Schedules

After Entering the Disbusement Schedule, Click on Generate Loan button to create Loan Account and Collateral. After creation of Loan

basic details of the applicant/ co-applicants/guarantors.

Step 4: Click on Loan Details tab to view/ edit proposed loan details. Click on Proposed Loan section.

Click on the entry available under Proposed Loan view/ modify loan details submitted by branch.

Check values for the option Product, Sub –Product, Purpose, CRE, ROI Type, Moratorium Required and Interest will be serviced
during moratorium for fetching correct Product and Interest Rate. Modify the value for the options, if required. Click on Save Changes

Click on the Applicant/ Co-applicants under Income Assesment section

There are three section under Income Assesment window for each applicant/ co-applicants. 1st part of the window(As per Customer
Declaration) will be autopopulated by the income/deduction details as declared by the customer. 2nd part of the window(As per ITR) will
be autopopulated by the ITR uploaded either online/ offline by customer or offline(e-PDF) by branch. 3rd part of the window(As per RAPC
Assesment) to be filled by the processing officer. Comments of accepting income/deduction/EMI/ Other Income to be filled by the
Processing Officer.
After filling all the details, click on Save Changes.

Click on Fetch Eligible Amount after filling Income Assesment part.

On clicking on Fetch Eligible Amount Button, Loan Amount as per collateral margin(As per project cost/ market value- whichever is
lower), Facility Amount Requested(As entered in Loan Details Tab), Quantum of loan as per Income(As per Income Assessment
done by RAPC Officials) & Eligible Loan Amount (Lower of the three) fileld will get populated automatically.

Enter the final Loan Amount Recommended. Click on the (+) available under Terms & Conditions section to add Special Terms &
Condition applicable for the particular proposal. Click on Save Buttom.

Step 8: Click on the Eligibility Tab to check final Loan Amount, Loan Tenure, EMI Amount, Margin %, LTV % and other details.

Choose option from Mode of repayment menu. Enter GMRA details and click on Save button.

Step 9: Click on Risk Tab and then click on Generate Score Button under section Risk Rating. Score & Rating will be auto-populated on the screen.

Enter CFR & RBI Defaulater Verification Detail and Click on Save Button

You can download Pre-filled Application Form, Credit Report, Asset & Liabilities, Scoring Card Report & Appraisal Report from

Step 11: Click on Action Tab to view Deviations if any in the proposal.

Choose option Send to Convenor from menu Decision , enter your remarks and click on Submit button to forward proposal to Convenor.
Convenor can be any officers from RAPC (including processing officer for the proposal)

Click on Committee Tab. Choose sanctioning committee form Committee Type menu.

After selceting Committee Member, click on Initiate Request button for forwarding proposal to committee member.

After creation of Sub process Workitems, click on the Committee Name from Drop Down Decision and click on the Submit button.

Step 13 : Committee member can login with their AD ID & password. Click on the CommitteeApproval_Approval menu. Click on the Sub process
workitem.

Workitem will be displayed on the screen. Committee member can view proposal details on clicking of View Proposal button. Choose Approve option
from menu Decision for approving proposal. Committee members can enter their remarks in Remarks text box. Click on Submit button.

Step 14: After getting approval from all committee members including Chairman of the committee, Convenor can approve the proposal
through Convenor menu using option Approved for Sanction from menu Decision(Under Tab Action).
